Փաշինյանը նույն հարթության մեջ է դնում արցախահայերի հարցն ու «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանը»

Տարբեր երկրներ այցելելով տեղի հայ համայնքի կամ այլ խմբերի հետ հանդիպելով` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մշտապես վտանգավոր հայտարարություններ է անում, որոնք հետագայում օգտագործում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ։ Գերմանիա այցն էլ այս առումով բացառություն չի կազմել։ Կայացած հանդիպմանը Փաշինյանը առաջ Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել է զուգահեռ փակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ հայերի վերադարձի և այսպես կոչված Ադրբեջանի Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի թեմաները։

«Ես Ղարաբաղի մեր ժողովրդին էլ եմ ասել, որ նրանց վերադարձը իրատեսական չէ։ Եթե մենք շարունակենք վերադարձի օրակարգը, դա նշանակում է, որ մենք նորից սկսում ենք Ղարաբաղի շարժումը, բայց ես ասել եմ, որ մենք պետք է չշարունակենք ղարաբաղյան շարժումը։ Ղարաբաղյան շարժումն ավարտվել է, և այն սկսելու փորձերը օգտակար չեն, բայց մյուս կողմից Հայաստանում էլ տեսնում են, որ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ օգտագործում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» անհասկանալի տերմինաբանությունը»,-ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Վտանգավորն այս առումով այն է, որ Փաշինյանը արցախցիների իրենց բուն հայրենիք վերադարձի թեման հավասարեցնում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» թեզերին՝ փաստացի դրանք դնելով նույն հարթության մեջ և արդյունքում առաջ մղելով ադրբեջանական օրակարգերը։ Բնականաբար, այս կերպ Փաշինյանը նաև օրակարգից հանում է արցախցիների երբևէ վերադարձի հարցը, իսկ դա առանցքային նշանակություն ունի Ադրբեջանի համար։

Ադրբեջանական մեդիան էլ վերջին շրջանում նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանի համար կարմիր գիծ է դարձել Արցախի հայերի իրավունքների, նրանց վերադարձի հարցը, ավելին, նույնիսկ Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն փաստաթուղթը Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն քննադատել էր, որտեղ մեղմիկ ձևակերպումներ էին արվել այս կապակցությամբ, ուստի Փաշինյանի առաջարկը պետք է դիտարկել հենց այդ համատեքստում։
