Արամ Վարդևանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Մարդու իրավունքների օր․ և Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների իրական վիճակը: Նոր քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի ընդունում, նոր խափանման միջոցների նման ծավալի նախատեսում, սակայն հանրային հնչեղություն ունեցող բոլոր գործերով բացառապես կալանքի կիրառում:
 
Հենց այս հանրային տվյալները հստակ են դարձնում, որ Հայաստանում կալանքը չի հանդիսանում խափանման միջոց, կալանքը չի վերաբերում անձի պատշաճ վարքագծի ռիսկերի զսպմանը, այլ բացառապես ռեպրեսիվ, ավտորիտար գործիք է: Ազգային բարերար՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը 2025 թվականի հունիսի 18-ից ակնհայտ ապօրինի կալանավորված է: Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Ժ. Մելիքսեթյանի կողմից գրավոր ընթացակարգով քննության է առնվում մեր կողմից ներկայացված բողոքները և հենց այսօր լրանում է գրավոր դիրքորոշումներ ներկայացնելու ժամկետը, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 11-ին Դատարանի կողմից պետք է կայացվի դատական ակտը: Այս ժամանակահատվածում մի շարք լրացուցիչ գրավոր բացատրություններ և դիրքորոշումներ ներկայացվել են Վերաքննիչ դատարանին, որոնք հերքում են որևէ ձևով կալանքի պահպանման իրավական հնարավորությունը:
 
Իրավական տեսանկյունից անհերքելի փաստ է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը ենթարկվում է ամենաինտենսիվ քաղաքական հետապնդման, շուրջ վեց ամիս ապօրինի կալանավորված է, և այս ողջ ժամանակահատվածում զրկված է նույնիսկ արդար դատաքննության նվազագույն երաշխիքներից: Նշվածի փաստացի ոչ իրավական հիմքերն արտացոլված են ֆեյսբուքյան արդարադատության տիրույթում՝ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 17-ին գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարի գրառումներում:
