Գերմանիան էլ «տորթի» իր բաժինն է ուզում Հարավային Կովկասում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր առավոտյան պաշտոնական այցով մեկնել է Գերմանիա։ Ըստ տարածված հաղորդագրության, նա հանդիպումներ կունենա նախագահ Ֆրանկ Վալտեր-Շտայնմայերի և կանցլեր Ֆրիդրիխ Մերցի հետ։

Վաղը Փաշինյանը մեկնելու է Համբուրգ, որտեղ նախատեսված է հանդիպում տեղի քաղաքապետ Պետեր Չենչերի հետ, Համբուրգի առևտրի պալատում վարչապետը կհանդիպի նաև տեղի գործարարների հետ։ Գերմանիա կատարելիք այցն էլ ուղղակիորեն կապված է, այսպես կոչված, «Թրամփի ուղու» հետ։ Նշենք, որ Եվրամիությունը բավականին խանդով է վերաբերվում ամերիկյան ակտիվությանը և ցանկանում է ինքը տորթի իր բաժինը ստանալ Հայաստանից, ուստի և Գերմանիան Փաշինյանից բավականին լուրջ «սպռոս» ունի անելու, թե ինչպես ստացվեց, որ իրենց ակտիվության ֆոնին Միացյալ Նահանգները վերցրեցին նախաձեռնողականությունը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ Գերմանիան ևս ցանկանում է տեղավորվել «Թրամփի ուղու» մեջ և դրա համար բավականին լուրջ ջանքեր է գործադրում։ Նման հավակնություններ ունեն նաև Մեծ Բրիտանիան և Ֆրանսիան։ Թեպետ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները հայտարարում են, թե դեմ չեն, որ Եվրամիությունն էլ ներգրավված լինի տարանցիկ ճանապարհի կառավարման և սպասարկման հարցերում, բայց սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները տրամաբանորեն մեծ բաժինն են խլելու։ Եվ այժմ Փաշինյանը մեկնել է Գերմանիա, որտեղ հենց տեղում գերմանական իշխանություններին համոզի ներգրավել, ներդրումներ իրականացնել, ինչպես նաև խոստանալու է պահպանել նրանց շահերը։

Օգոստոսի 8-ից հետո Եվրամիությունը մի տեսակ կասկածամտորեն է վերաբերում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, քանի որ ի սկզբանե տեղյակ չէ եղել, որ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը մտադիր են հենց Վաշինգտոնում հանդիպել և փաստաթղթեր ստորագրել։
