«Անդառնալի կորստի և մեր ժողովրդի միասնության խորհրդանիշ»․ Աբրահամ Հովեյանը՝ Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի մասին

Այսօր ողջ աշխարհը հիշում է 20-րդ դարի ամենամասշտաբային ողբերգություններից մեկը՝ 1988 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ավերիչ երկրաշարժը:  Տյումենի հայկական սփյուռքի նախագահ, բարերար, Ռուսաստանի վաստակավոր շինարար Աբրահամ Հովեյանը СМИ2-ի հետ զրուցել է իր հայրենիքն ընդմիշտ փոխած ողբերգական իրադարձության մասին։

«Երկրաշարժը տևեց ընդամենը 30 վայրկյան, բայց այդ ժամանակը բավարար էր, որպեսզի մի ողջ հայ սերնդի երազանքները փշրվեն: Այդ ցուրտ ձմեռային առավոտյան երկիրը ցնցվեց, 25,000 մարդ մահացավ շենքերի փլատակների տակ, իսկ մոտ կես միլիոնը մնաց անօթևան: Այս ողբերգական օրը ընդմիշտ կմնա մեր հիշողության մեջ՝ որպես անդառնալի կորստի և մեր ժողովրդի միասնության խորհրդանիշ», - նշել է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը։

Հասարակական գործչի խոսքով՝ բնական աղետը, որը համարժեք էր տասը՝ Հիրոսիմայում տեղի ունեցած միջուկային պայթյունների հզորությանը, դարձավ փորձություն՝ ողջ երկրի տոկունության համար: «Առանց չափազանցության՝ ամբողջ աշխարհը օգնության ձեռք մեկնեց հայ ժողովրդին։ Սակայն ամենաանհապաղ, նշանակալի և լայնածավալ օգնությունը, իհարկե, Խորհրդային Միության եղբայրական ազգերի կողմից էր։ Մեր Տյումենի մարզից շինարարները նույնպես շտապեցին աղետի գոտի», - ընդգծել է Հովեյանը։

Տյումենը՝ լինելով երկրի հիմնական արդյունաբերական շրջաններից մեկը, հսկայական օգնություն ցուցաբերեց Հայաստանին։ Կամավոր–փրկարարներ, շինարարներ և բժիշկներ ուղևորվեցին աղետի գոտի՝ ավերակները մաքրելու, ժամանակավոր բնակարաններ և ենթակառուցվածքներ կառուցելու, ինչպես նաև բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար։ Ամբողջ մարզը մասնակցեց մարդասիրական պարագաների հավաքագրմանը։ Այս աննախադեպ համերաշխությունը, ըստ Ռուսաստանի վաստակավոր շինարարի, «հավերժ մնացել է հայ ժողովրդի հիշողության մեջ» և ամրապնդել է ազգերի միջև կապերը։

Հովեյանի խոսքով՝ հայ ժողովուրդը հատուկ երախտագիտություն է հայտնում Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովին, ով պարգևատրվել է Հայաստանի բարձրագույն ազգային պարգևով՝ Ազգային հերոսի շքանշանով։ «Ռեկորդային ժամանակում Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովը հավաքեց մասնագետների ուժեղ թիմ՝ կազմված ողջ ԽՍՀՄ-ի լավագույն բժիշկներից, փրկարարներից և շինարարներից: Նրանք բոլորն անգնահատելի օգնություն ցուցաբերեցին փլատակներից մարդկանց փրկելու գործում: Նրա շնորհիվ հազարավոր կյանքեր փրկվեցին», - նշել է Հովեյանը: Բորիս Շչերբինան, որը գլխավորում էր երկրաշարժի հետևանքների վերացման կառավարական հանձնաժողովը, նույնպես կարևոր դեր խաղաց։

«Հիշելով բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր մեզ լքեցին՝ մենք հարգում ենք նաև ողջ մնացածների քաջությունն ու տոկունությունը, ովքեր օգնել են վերականգնել ավերված քաղաքները», - ասել է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը: «Ամեն տարի մենք ականատես ենք լինում, թե ինչպես է մեր ազգը հաղթահարում դժվարություններ: Մենք պետք է հիշենք անցյալի դասերը՝ փոխադարձ օգնության, համերաշխության և մերձավորի հանդեպ սիրո վրա հիմնված ապագա կառուցելու համար: Թող Սպիտակի զոհերի հիշատակը մեզ համար ոգեշնչման և ուժի աղբյուր լինի»:
