Վրաստանի պետական բուհերը դադարեցնում են օտարերկրյա ուսանողների ընդունելությունը

Վրաստանի կրթության նախարար Գիվի Միկանաձեն «Ռուսթավի 2»-ի եթերում հայտարարել է, որ Վրաստանի պետական ​​համալսարանները հաջորդ ուսումնական տարվանից սկսած այլևս չեն ընդունի օտարերկրյա ուսանողներ, հաղորդում է «Գրուզիա Օնլայն»-ը։

Մասնավոր համալսարանները կշարունակեն գործել սովորականի պես։

• 2024/25 ուսումնական տարում Վրաստանում ուսանողների ընդհանուր թիվը հասել է ռեկորդային 187.8 հազարի։

• Աճը պայմանավորված է օտարերկրացիների կողմից. նրանց թիվը աճել է մինչև 37.1 հազար, ինչը 21%-ով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ։

• Միջազգային ուսանողների 85%-ը սովորել է մասնավոր համալսարաններում, հիմնականում բժշկական և մագիստրոսական ծրագրերում։

• Երեք տարվա ընթացքում օտարերկրացիների թիվը կրկնապատկվել է. 2021/22 թվականներին կազմել է 17.5 հազար։

Նոր որոշումը արմատապես փոխում է ընդունելության քաղաքականությունը և հավանաբար, էական ազդեցություն կունենա պետական ​​համալսարանների տնտեսության վրա, որոնցից շատերը մեծապես կախված են միջազգային ուսանողների համար նախատեսված բարձր վարձավճարներից։
