Դիվանագիտական նորմերի խախտում. Ռուսաստանից արձագանքել են Փաշինյանին

Հրապարակելով Արցախյան հարցի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, պաշտոնական Երևանը ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հերթական անգամ միջազգային հանրությանը ապացուցել է, որ անհուսալի գործընկեր է։

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան երեկ կայացած ճեպազրույցում նշել է, թե Երևանի կողմից ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների աշխատանքային նյութերի և պետությունների ղեկավարների նամակագրության հրապարակումը, առանց շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ նախնական համաձայնեցման, դիվանագիտական պրակտիկայով սահմանված էթիկական նորմերի խախտում է: Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հրապարակեց փաստաթղթեր, որոնց հիման վրա մինչև 2020 թվականը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ բանակցություններ էին վարվում:

Կառավարության կայքում տեղադրված է 13 ֆայլ՝ 2011 թվականին Կազանում քննարկված նախագիծը, 2019 թվականի միջնորդների առաջարկները, երրորդ նախագահի՝ 2016 թվականի օգոստոսին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ուղղված նամակը և մի շարք այլ նյութեր: Մարիա Զախարովան պնդում է, որ նույնիսկ հրապարակված նյութերը հերքում են պաշտոնական Երևանի կողմից վերջին շրջանում առաջ մղվող թեզերը Ռուսաստանի դեմ։

«ՄԱԿ-ի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի հրապարակված փաստաթղթերը, որոնց մշակմանն ու ընդունմանը Ռուսաստանն ակտիվորեն աջակցել է, հաստատում են, որ մեր երկիրը՝ որպես ազգային միջնորդ և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ, երեք տասնամյակ հետևողականորեն ձգտել է հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական կարգավորմանը»,-հայտարարել է նա:

Ըստ էության, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հստակ հերթական անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ նույնիսկ միջազգային գործընկերները նրանց վրա չեն կարող հույս դնել, իսկ բանակցությունների գաղտնի փաթեթի վերաբերյալ փաշինյանական իշխանության գործողությունները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան սեփական երկրի դեմ դիվերսիա։
