Ադրբեջանը Եվրոպայում խաղաղասեր է ձևանում, բայց հակառակն է անում

Վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանից հնչող հայտարարությունները վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանը որևէ  կերպ չի կանգնել իր հիմնական նպատակներին, իսկ, այսպես կոչված, «խաղաղության գործընթացը» օգտագործում է Հայաստանին նոր ճնշումներ պարտադրելու և իր կեղծ նարատիվներն առաջ մղելու համար։

Նախ, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհում Բայրամովը Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի 32-րդ նիստում հայտարարեց, թե Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը ներկայումս ապրում են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ամենախաղաղ և կայուն շրջանը։ «Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը ներկայումս գտնվում են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ամենախաղաղ և կայուն փուլում։ Կողմերը տարբեր ուղղություններով՝ կառավարական, խորհրդարանական և քաղաքացիական հասարակության մակարդակներում, ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ քայլեր և իրականացնում կոնկրետ միջոցառումներ՝ խաղաղ գործընթացին լրացուցիչ խթան տալու նպատակով»,- ասել է Բայրամովը։

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ 2023-ի դեկտեմբերից արձանագրվել է զգալի առաջընթաց, ինչը հանգեցրել է օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում կայացած պատմական խաղաղ գագաթնաժողովին։ Նույն ժամերին արդեն Ժնևում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով Էլչին Ամիրբեկովն է հայտարարել, թե սա պատմական տարի է, 30 տարվա հակամարտությունը վերջապես ավարտվեց։

«Եվ մենք մոտ ենք խաղաղության ձևակերպմանը: Վաշինգտոնում օգոստոսյան գագաթնաժողովը թույլ տվեց հաստատել երկու կողմերի մտադրությունը՝ հավատարիմ մնալ խաղաղության համաձայնագրին, բոլոր երկրների համատեղ ցանկությունը՝ շրջել էջը և տարածաշրջանային զարգացման նոր գլուխ սկսել: Մենք վերջնականացրել ենք խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը: Հաջորդ տարին նույնպես կարևոր է. մենք հույս ունենք պաշտոնականացնել խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը Հայաստանի հետ», - ասել է Ամիրբեկովը։

Մինչ ադրբեջանական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները փորձում են Եվրոպայում խաղաղասերի տպավորություն թողնել, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Բաքվում է հայտարարել, թե այսօր կարևոր է ակտիվացնել ջանքերը՝ ապահովելու Հայաստանից բռնի տեղահանված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը միջազգային փաստաթղթերում ամրագրված վերադարձի իրավունքի շրջանակներում։

«Ադրբեջանական մշակութային ժառանգության վերականգնումն ու պաշտպանությունը Հայաստանում, լինելով ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի օրինական պահանջ, արժանի է հարգանքի», - շեշտել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։

Ըստ էության, այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Ադրբեջանը ամեն ինչ անելու է Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին պարտադրելու իրականացնել իրենց ցանկությունը, այսպես կոչված՝ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» համայնքի ստեղծումը, որը անմիջական էքզիստենցիալ սպառնալիք է դառնալու Հայաստանի գլխին, և այդ սպառնալիքը կանխելու միակ ճանապարհը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը հեռացնելն է։
