Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը նույնիսկ քրգործերն է փնթի կարում

Մայր Աթոռի դիվանապետ Արշակ արքեպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանի հետ տեղի ունեցողը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սկսած արշավը ոչ թե եկեղեցու նորոգման, այլ քաղաքական նպատակներ հետապնդող գործողություն է, որը հաճախ դուրս է գալիս տրամաբանության շրջանակներից։ Հիշեցնենք, կոմպրոմատներով փորձելով վարկաբեկել Արշակ սրբազանին և ձախողվելով, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հենց Քննչական կոմիտեի շենքում ձերբակալել է Մայր Աթոռի դիվանապետին։

Ընդ որում, եթե ի սկզբանե կարծում էին, թե ձերբակալությունը կապ ունի տարածված տեսանյութերի հետ, ավելի ուշ նրա փաստաբանը հայտնեց, որ Արշակ սրբազանին մեղադրում են մի դեպքի հետ կապված, որը նույնիսկ քպականներին շոկի մատնեց իր անհեթեթությամբ։ Արշակ արքեպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանի դեմ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել «մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ թմրանյութ ապօրինի իրացնելը հանդիսադիր վայրում»։

Ըստ փաստաբանի՝ Արշակ արքեպիսկոպոսին մեղադրում են 2018 թ․-ին կաթողիկոսի դեմ ակցիա իրականացնողներից մեկին վարկաբեկելու նպատակով նրա պայուսակում թմրամիջոց դնելու մեջ։ 7 տարի անց փորձելով ինչ-որ անհեթեթություն սարքել Արշակ սրբազանի գլխին, նրան ձերբակալել, տեղափոխել են մեկուսարան։ Իսկ այսօր առավոտից կալանքի միջնորդությունը քննվում էր Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, և դատավորն էլ ոչ այլ ոք է, քան տխրահռչակ Մասիս Մելքոնյանը, ով հասցրել է արդեն կալանավորել Բագրատ և Միքայել սրբազաններին։

Գրեթե կասկած չկար, որ Մասիս Մելքոնյանը հերթական ապօրինությունը կիրականացնի՝ կալանավորելով նաև Արշակ սրբազանին, իսկ վերջինիս դեմ կատարվող ապօրինությունները նույնիսկ որևէ տրամաբանության մեջ չեն տեղավորվում։ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն այնքան են կորցրել իրականության զգացումը և այնքան են լկտիացել, որ Փաշինյանը անգամ երեկ չի էլ հերքել, որ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը օգտագործում է եկեղեցականներին ոչ միայն ձերբակալելու, այլ ահաբեկելու համար։ Կառավարության նիստից հետո տեղի ունեցած ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե «գնում է այն պատարագներին, որտեղ Կտրիճ Ներսիսյանի անունը չի հնչում»։

Չի էլ բացառել, որ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցներին ուղարկել է քահանայի մոտ։

«Երբ ես մտադիր եմ մասնակցել պատարագին, մենք խնդրում ենք, որ հաշվի առնվի այս փաստը։ Մի դեպքում կարող է ծանոթ լինել, դա կարող է ԱԱԾ աշխատող լինել, մյուս դեպքում կարող է որևէ տեղ աշխատող չլինել, կարող է իմ օգնականը լինել և այլն։ Դա կախված է նրանից, թե ով ում է ճանաչում և ինչ անձնական կապեր ունի։ Այստեղ ԱԱԾ-ն և մյուս ինստիտուտները կապ ունեն այնքանով, որքանով որևէ մեկը որևէ մեկին ճանաչում է»,- հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Եվ սա հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ, ի դեմս Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների, գործ ունենք օրենքի վրա բացարձակապես թքած ունեցող խառնամբոխի հետ։
