Բանակցային փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ ես պատրաստ եմ ցանկացած պահի բանավիճել․ Էդմոն Մարուքյան

Էդմոն Մարուքյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել․

Բանակցային փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ ես պատրաստ եմ ցանկացած պահի բանավիճել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, երբ ցանկանա, ընդ որում ցանկալի է, որ նա նախկին ԱԳՆ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի հետ գա այդ բանավեճի։ Քանի որ 2019 թվականին, հենց այն ժամանակ, երբ բանակցային սեղանին դրված է եղել խաղաղության պլանը, ես՝ որպես խմբակցության ղեկավար, նրանց երկուսին էլ հրավիրել եմ քննարկման այդ թեմայով։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում թե՛ Փաշինյանը, թե՛ Մնացականյանը ասել են, որ այդպիսի թուղթ չկա։

Միաժամանակ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարում էին, որ Նիկոլն եկել է, որ հողերը տա։ Այսինքն՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իմացել է, որ այդ թուղթը գոյություն ունի, և եթե Փաշինյանը գնա այդ լուծման, կստացվի, որ հողերը տվեց, եթե չգնա՝ կլինի պատերազմ, ինչպես և եղավ։ Նրանք չեն ասել՝ «Նիկոլ ջան, գնա սա արա, պատերազմ չլինի, մենք գիտենք՝ ինչ բանակ ունենք, մենք գիտենք՝ ինչ իրավիճակ է տարածաշրջանում, մենք գիտենք՝ որքան զենք է առել Ադրբեջանը, գիտենք, որ լինելու է պարտություն, գնա սա արա, մենք չենք ասի՝ դու եկել ես հողերը տաս»։
Չէ, նրանք հակառակը են արել՝ ասել են՝ «Նիկոլն եկել է հողերը տա»։
Եվ այդքանից հետո ես զարմանում եմ, որ նրանք դեռ խոսում են տվյալ թեմայով։

Հիմա ես պաշտոնապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանին հրավիրում եմ բանավեճի։ Բայց, իհարկե, Փաշինյանը ում հետ չի կարող բանավիճել՝ չի բանավիճի, նա ցանկանում է բանավեճել նախկին նախագահների հետ, դե նրանք էլ ասում են՝ «դու ո՞վ ես, որ քո հետ բանավիճենք»…

Իսկ իրականում այս բանավեճը էլեկտորալ նշանակություն չունի։ Փաշինյանը հարցումների ու ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներ ունի, վիճակագրական տվյալների է տիրապետում և գիտի, որ ժողովուրդը սրանով չի որոշելու, թե ում ընտրի։ Ժողովուրդը համարում է, որ «ինչ եղել՝ եղել է, արդեն վերջ, հիմա կա ասֆալտ ու խաղաղություն»։

Ավելին ձեզ ասեմ, հայտնի է, որ հինգ շրջանների դիմաց 5 միլիարդ դոլար տրամադրելու խոսակցություն է եղել, որը Հայաստանը կարող էր ստանալ և օգտագործել տարածաշրջանը զարգացնելու համար։ Այսինքն՝ եթե Փաշինյանը 2019 թվականին այդպես չվարվեր, այդ բոլոր արհավիրքները մեզ հետ տեղի չէին ունենա՝ հայկական բանակը չէր ջախջախվի, հազարավոր երիտասարդներ չէին զոհվի և մեր ինքնիշխան տարածքից անընդհատ ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող հատվածներ չէին խլի։
Հենց սա է պետք հասկանալ…
