Ի՞նչ է թաքնված Bloomberg-ի հրապարակման տակ

Ամերիկյան Bloomberg գործակալության հրապարակումը չափազանց ուշագրավ շերտեր է պարունակում։ Ըստ գործակալության՝ Թուրքիան դիտարկում է առաջիկա վեց ամիսներին Հայաստանի հետ իր ցամաքային սահմանը վերաբացելու հնարավորությունը։

«Սա թույլ կտա Եվրոպային փակել Սառը պատերազմի դարաշրջանի իր վերջին մնացած սահմանը և հող կհարթի Կովկասում առևտրի վերսկսման համար», - նշվում է հոդվածում։ Պարբերականը հիշեցնում է, որ Թուրքիան փակել է սահմանը 1993 թվականին՝ ի նշան աջակցության իր դաշնակից Ադրբեջանին (Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության պատճառով)։ Այդուհանդերձ, Bloomberg-ը ակամայից բացահայտում է իր հրապարակման և տարածված տեղեկության բուն նպատակը։

«Ադրբեջանի հետ դիվանագիտական բեկումը և Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանի վերաբացումը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կարևոր խթան կտան հունիսին կայանալիք ընտրություններից առաջ։ Եթե նա հաղթի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը կկարողանա աշխատել Փաշինյանի հետ և ձևակերպել խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը», - պարբերականին հայտնել են աղբյուրները՝ նշելով, որ միայն դրանից հետո Թուրքիան կկարողանա դեսպան նշանակել Հայաստանում՝ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու համար։

Դեռևս օրեր առաջ էինք կանխատեսել, որ Թուրքիան առաջիկա ամիսներին պարզապես բուռն գործունեության իմիտացիա է անելու՝ աջակցելով Փաշինյանին խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, իսկ իրական գործողություններ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու, սահմանը բացելու ուղղությամբ չեն արվելու։ Եվ Bloomberg-ն էլ, կարծես, ակամայից բացահայտում է Անկարայի այս մարտավարությունը։ Ուշագրավ զուգադիպությամբ, այս հրապարակումը համընկավ Բրյուսելում ԵՄ ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարթա Կոսի հանդիպմանը Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանի հետ։

«Մենք կակտիվացնենք աշխատանքները՝ աջակցելու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրին», - գրել է հանձնակատարը, որը նույն օրը հանդիպում էր ունեցել նաև ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Միրզոյանի հետ։
