Հակոբ Արշակյանը թռչո՞ւմ է «խորտակվող նավից»

380 դիմում, այդքան է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ստացել իր անդամներից և անկուսակցականներից խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկվելու համար, ընդ որում, դիմումատուներից միայն 40-ն են, որ անկուսակցականներ են։ Ընդ որում, հայտնի չէ՝ թե այդ 380 անունները, և թե այն հստակ պատգամավորների ցուցակը, որոնք որոշել են այս անգամ չառաջադրվել։ Հայտնի է, որ չեն առաջադրվելու Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը, պատգամավորներ Լենա Նազարյանն ու Քրիստինե Պողոսյանը, Աննա Հակոբյանի եղբայրը՝ Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը, նաև պատգամավորներ Լիլիթ Կիրակոսյանն ու Լիլիթ Ստեփանյանը։ Ամենից զարմանալին Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանի որոշումն է՝ քաղաքականություն փոխարեն զբաղվել բիզնեսով։ «Քաղպայմանագրի» հիմնադիր անդամ Արշակյանը պնդում է՝ կուսակցությունից նեղացած չէ և ցանկանում է իր կապերն օգտագործել մասնավոր ոլորտում։

Տակավին ամիսներ առաջ ՔՊ համաժողովում Արշակյանը խնդիրների էր բախվել, երբ նրան պարզապես թույլ չէին տվել մուտք գործել Մարզահամերգային համալիր և մասնակցել համաժողովին։ Եվ դրանից հետո, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Արշակյանը չափազանց նեղացած է եղել, Փաշինյանի հետ ամիսներ շարունակ որևէ կերպ չի շփվել, ընդամենը կատարել է իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունները։ Արշակյանը, որ նախկինում բավական ակտիվ էր ընդդիմության դեմ պայքարում, մի քանի անգամ էլ նույնիսկ նկատվել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին հարվածելիս, տևական ժամանակ պասիվ է, այժմ էլ ցանկանում է գլուխն ազատել «Քաղպայմանագրից» և գնալ մասնավոր ոլորտ։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը խիստ զայրացել է այդ հանգամանքից, բայց նաև չի թաքցրել իր ոգևորությունը Արշակյանից ազատվելու համար։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կորցրել է իրականության զգացումը, ուստի չի բացառվում, որ Արշակյանին փորձեն տարբեր կերպ նեղել, դուրս մղել Հայաստանից։ «Քաղպայմանագրում» 2 տասնյակից ավելի են այն պատգամավորները, որոնք չեն ցանկացել կամ որոնց պարտադրել են պարզապես չներկայացնել հայտեր՝ ընտրացուցակում հանգրվանելու համար։
