Ղազախստանի ԱԳՆ-ն բողոք է հայտնել Ուկրաինային

Ղազախստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Այբեկ Սմադիյարովը հայտարարություն է արել Կասպիական խողովակաշարային կոնսորցիումի (ԿՏԿ) վրա կատարված հարձակման կապակցությամբ, հաղորդում է NUR.KZ-ն։

Ղազախստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է եկել բողոքով «միջազգային Կասպիական խողովակաշարային կոնսորցիումի Նովոռոսիյսկի ծովային նավահանգստի ջրատարածքում գտնվող կենսական ենթակառուցվածքի հերթական նպատակային հարձակման կապակցությամբ»։ «Տեղի ունեցածը բացառապես քաղաքացիական օբյեկտի դեմ արդեն երրորդ ագրեսիայի ակտն է, որի գործունեությունը երաշխավորված է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերով։ Ղազախստանը, որպես գլոբալ էներգետիկ շուկայի պատասխանատու մասնակից, մշտապես հանդես է գալիս էներգակիրների մատակարարումների կայունության և անխափանության պահպանման օգտին։

Ընդգծում ենք, որ ԿՏԿ-ն կարևոր դեր է խաղում համաշխարհային էներգետիկ համակարգի կայունության պահպանման գործում։ Տեղի ունեցածը դիտարկում ենք որպես քայլ, որը վնաս է հասցնում Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության և Ուկրաինայի երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, և ակնկալում ենք, որ ուկրաինական կողմը կձեռնարկի արդյունավետ միջոցներ՝ ապագայում նման միջադեպերի կանխման համար», – նշվում է գերատեսչության հաղորդագրությունում։

Լրատվամիջոցի տվյալներով,  նախօրեին անօդաչու նավակների հարձակման հետևանքով ԿՏԿ-ի ծովային տերմինալի ջրատարածքում լուրջ վնաս է կրել ՎՊՈւ-2 հեռակա նավամատույցային սարքը։

Ինչպես հայտնել են ԿՏԿ-ից, տեղի ունեցածից հետո բեռնման և այլ գործողությունները դադարեցվել են, իսկ լցանավերը դուրս են բերվել ԿՏԿ-ի ջրատարածքից։ Տուժածներ չկան։

ՎՊՈւ-ի պայթյունի պահին արտակարգ պաշտպանության համակարգերը ապահովել են համապատասխան խողովակաշարերի փակումը։ ՎՊՈւ-2-ի հետագա շահագործումը հնարավոր չէ։
