Ժամանակակից աշխարհում սպորտն ու մշակույթը տնտեսության ճյուղ են․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական շահը տնտեսական զարգացումն է․ Փաշինյան

Վերջին հինգ տարում ավելի քան միջինում  7% տնտեսական աճ ենք ունեցել, ինչը մեր բոլորի աշխատանքի արդյունքն է:   Ջերմուկում ընթացող «Գործարար միջավայրի բարելավումը երկխոսության միջոցով» խորագրով երկրորդ աշխատաժողովի ժամանակ ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Այսօր Հայաստանում, արդեն բավականին երկար այն ժամանակ է, ինչ  տեղի է ունենում մտածողության որոշակի փոփոխություն: Կարծում եմ, որ քաղաքական և սոցիալ-հոգեբանական այդ շերտերի փոփոխությանը զուգահեռ,  պետք է նաև տնտեսական մտածողության որոշակի փոփոխություն ունենանք»,-ընդգծել է վարչապետը:

Փաշինյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ հաճախ առերեսվում ենք մտածողության ձևերի և բանաձևերի հետ, որոնք համարժեք չեն փոփոխություններին, որոնք տեղի են ունենում Հայաստանում։

«Իմ կարծիքով մտնում ենք բոլորովին նոր մի փուլի մեջ, որտեղ տնտեսական քաղաքականության  ձևավորման, մտածողության մեր ձևերը՝ տնտեսական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու, պետք է առնվազն վերանայենք և այն համապատասխանեցնենք ոչ թե այսօրվան, որովհետև այսօրվան համապատասխանեցնել նշանակում է ուշանալ միշտ, որովհետև  այսօր մենք պետք է խոսենք՝ ընթացքին, դինամիկային և կարճաժամկետ, միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարութուններին և  զարգացումներին՝  մեր մտածողությունը համապատասխանեցնելու,  որովհետև մեր  տնտեսությունը և մենք էլ գլոբալ աշխարհի մաս ենք, և պետք է մեր մտածողության և գործողության ձևերով կարողանանք համահունչ լինել աշխարհի զարգացումներին»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

«Ժամանակակից աշխարհում սպորտն ու մշակույթը տնտեսության ճյուղ են: 2026 թվականի կառավարության առաջին նիստում կընդունենք տնտեսական քաղաքականության դոկտրինը, որի նախագիծը վերջնականացման փուլում է, և այնտեղ կմատնանշենք, թե մինչև 2050 թվականն ինչ ուղղությունների վրա պետք է աշխատենք, որ մեր տնտեսությունը լինի մրցունակ ու զարգացող»,-ասել է Փաշինյանը։
