Խաբեություն Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի անդամակցության վերաբերյալ. Էդմոն Մարուքյան

Էդմոն Մարուքյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.

2022թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ադրբեջանական սոցիալական ցանցերում հայտնվեց մի ահասարսուր տեսանյութ, որտեղ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում՝ մեր դիրքում, գնդակահարում են անզեն հայ զինվորներին։

2023թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ին կառավարության որոշմամբ Հայաստանը հետադարձ ուժով դարձավ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի անդամ։ Մինչ այդ ՀՀ իշխանությունները ասում էին, որ այդ դատարանին անդամակցելու հարցը չափազանց հրատապ է։ Դա անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի Իլհամ Ալիևի և Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հանցագործությունները, այդ թվում՝ վերոհիշյալ հայկական դիրքում տեղի ունեցած դեպքը, քննվեն Միջազգային քրեական դատարանում։

Գիտե՞ք, թե ինչ իրավիճակ ունենք հիմա։
Արդեն ավարտվում է 2025 թվականը, իսկ Հայաստանը ոչ մի գործ չի ներկայացրել Միջազգային քրեական դատարան։

Իշխանությունները 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերից հնարավորություն ունեին դիմելու Միջազգային քրեական դատարան և պահանջելու քննել Ադրբեջանի կատարած հանցագործությունները։ Նրանք հենց դա էին խոստանում անել Հաագայի դատարանին անդամակցելուց առաջ։

Իսկ եթե դիմեին, գուցե այսօր Բաքվի բանտերում գերիներ չունենայինք, գուցե ադրբեջանական զորքերը դուրս եկած լինեին ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքներից և գուցե բանակցություններում ավելի ուժեղ դիրք ունենայինք։

Բայց այսօր արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանությունները ոչ միայն դրժել են իրենց խոստումը, այլ նաև ուրացել հայ զինվորի թափած արյունը։
