 Արամ Վարդևանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

2025 թվականի հունիսի 18-ից մինչ օրս՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանն ապօրինի կալանավորված է: Կալանքի 5 ամիսների միակ «պայմանը» եղել է Մայր Աթոռի պաշտպանությանը «մեր ձևով» մասնակցելու հրապարակային խոսքը: 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին կայացված որոշմամբ կալանքի միակ հիմքը հանդիսացել է խոչընդոտելու ռիսկը, իսկ այդ ռիսկը ըստ Սահմանադրական և Վճռաբեկ դատարանների, ըստ Եվրոպական դատարանի տևական ու կայուն նախադեպային իրավունքի՝ կարող է զսպվել այլ խափանման միջոցներով: Այսինքն որևէ այլ ռիսկեր Դատարանը գտել է, որ առկա չէ, սակայն կիրառվել է կալանքը:

Դատարանի նշված որոշումը բողոքարկվել էր 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 21-ին: Մեր կողմից ներկայացված բողոքը մակագրվել է Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր՝ Ժ. Մելիքսեթյանին:

1) Բռնատիրական մոտեցումների ուղիղ ապացույց է, քաղաքական հետապնդման ուղիղ ապացույց է Սամվել Կարապետյանի հինգ ամսից ավելի տևող ապօրինի կալանքը,
 
2) Բռնատիրական մոտեցումների ուղիղ ապացույց է, քաղաքական հետապնդման ուղիղ ապացույց է, որ մինչ օրս Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ որևէ այլ խափանման միջոց չի կիրառվել, 53 քննիչներից բաղկացած խումբը տապալել է նախաքննության պատշաճ ջանասիրութնունը` ընդհանրապես
 
3) 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ի որոշմանը հաջորդել է՝ 53 քննիչներից բաղկացած քննչական խմբին մի շարք միջնորդությունների ներկայացումը վարույթային գործողություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ, ջանասիրության ապահովման, այլ ոչ տապալման վերաբերյալ, սակայն առկա է վճռական անգործություն:
