Կանխվել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանով մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված խոշոր չափերի տաքացվող ծխախոտի արտահանման փորձը (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն շարունակական քայլեր է ձեռնարկում ստվերային տնտեսության նվազեցման, հարկերից խուսափելու դեպքերի կանխարգելման և մաքսային իրավախախտումների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ՝ ապահովելով հարկային կարգապահությունը, պաշտպանելով պետության ու օրինապահ բիզնես համայնքի շահերը։

ՊԵԿ պետական սահմանի ցամաքային անցման կետերում մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության վարչության և Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցները համատեղ կանխել են ՀՀ պետական սահամանով, մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված խոշոր չափերի տաքացվող ծխախոտի արտահանման փորձը:

Այսպես, օրերս Հայաստանի տարածքից «Բագրատաշեն» անցակետ է մուտք գործել կենդանիների տեղափոխման համար նախատեսված դատարկ բեռնատար ավտոմեքենա։ Ստացված տեղեկությունների համաձայն, ձեռնարկվել են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ: Բեռնատարը վերցվել է հսկողության: Տրանսպորտային միջոցն ուղղորդվել է ռենտգեն տեսազննման կայան։ Պատկերի վերլուծության արդյունքում բեռնատարի վերելակի պատերի հատվածում նկատվել է կասկածելի խտություն և որոշում է կայացվել բեռնատարն ուղղորդել խորը զննման անգար։ Մաքսային ծառայողներն էնդոսկոպիկ տեսանկարահանող սարքի միջոցով  ֆիքսել են ներսում առկա բեռնատարի կառուցվածքին չհամապատասխանող օտար մարմիններ։ Հատուկ կտրող սարքավորման օգնությամբ բացվել են խոռոչներ, որտեղ թաքցված է եղել մոտ 22 300 տուփ տաքացվող ծխախոտ։ Խոռոչներում ծխախոտներն այնպես են  հարմարեցված եղել, որպեսզի առկա ժապավենները քաշելու միջոցով ապրանքը հեշտությամբ դուրս բերվեն։

Դեպքի առնչությամբ «Մաքսային կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 313-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն կազմվել է մաքսային կանոնների խախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն:
