Հայկ Կոնջորյանն ընդամենը փրկում էր կնոջ աստղաբաշխական աշխատավարձը. «Հրապարակ»

2025 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին` Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտնի հայտարարությունից ու դրան հաջորդած՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «ֆեյսբուքյան արդարադատությունից» անմիջապես հետո ԱԺ-ում ՀԷՑ-ի մասին հանկարծ «հիշեց» նաեւ ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը։ Նա առանձնապես ագրեսիվ էր ՀԷՑ-ի եւ Սամվել Կարապետյանի հասցեին։ Սակայն Կոնջորյանի այդ պոռթկումը պայմանավորված էր ոչ միայն վերեւից իջեցված հանձնարարությամբ, այլեւ խիստ անձնական մղումներով եւ կապված էր իր կնոջ՝ «Հայփոստի» տնօրեն Շուշան Ալեքսանյանի գործունեության հետ։

Բանն այն է, որ 2025 թվականի գարնանը ՀԷՑ-ը դիմել էր «Հայփոստի» գլխավոր տնօրեն Շուշան Ալեքսանյանին՝ Կոնջորյանի կնոջը, առաջարկելով իջեցնել քաղաքացիներից էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսի դիմաց վարձավճարների ընդունման համար նախատեսված միջնորդավճարը եւ համապատասխանեցնել այն ՀՀ-ում գործող բանկերի կողմից նախատեսված միջնորդավճարին։ Օրինակ, մարզային քաղաքներում, պայմանական՝ Չարենցավանի ցանկացած բանկում ՀԷՑ-ի «կոմունալները» վճարելիս բանկը գանձում է 0,4 տոկոս միջնորդավճար, մինչդեռ «Հայփոստի» նույն Չարենցավանի փոստային մասնաճյուղում վճարում կատարելիս միջնորդավճարը կազմում է 2,5 անգամ ավելի՝ 1%:

ՀԷՑ-ը «Հայփոստի» տնօրենին առաջարկել էր իրենց միջնորդավճարն էլ իջեցնել ՀՀ բանկերի կողմից առաջարկվող միջնորդավճարի մակարդակին։ «Հայփոստի» միջնորդավճարի իջեցման շնորհիվ երկրի էներգետիկ համակարգում կտնտեսվեր տարեկան մինչեւ 200 մլն դրամ, ինչն իր դրական ազդեցությունը կունենար էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի ընդհանուր հաշվարկի մեջ։ Սակայն «Հայփոստի» միջնորդավճարի իջեցումը եւ համապատասխանեցումը շուկայականին, ըստ ամենայնի, մտահոգել է Կոնջորյանի կնոջը, որը հաշվարկել է, որ այդ դեպքում առանց այն էլ վատ կառավարման արդյունքում ծանր ֆինանսական վիճակում գտնվող «Հայփոստի» բյուջեում մոտ 200 մլն դրամի դեֆիցիտ է առաջանալու, ինչի պատճառով ստիպված են լինելու սեղմել գոտիները եւ կրճատել ծախսերը, մասնավորապես՝ տնօրինության աստղաբաշխական աշխատավարձը, ինչպես նաեւ հրաժարվեն այլ ընթացիկ ճոխություններից եւ ճանապարհորդության նմանվող արտասահմանյան գործուղումներից։

Ուստի ՀԷՑ-ի առաջարկության քննարկումը, որը նպաստելու էր համակարգում խնայողություններ ապահովելուն, Կոնջորյանի կնոջ կողմից արհեստականորեն ձգձգվում էր, եւ ՀԷՑ-ի ազգայնացումը հարմար առիթ էր Կոնջորյան ընտանիքի համար` տապալելու այս նախաձեռնությունը։

ՀԷՑ-ի ժամանակավոր կառավարչի նշանակումից հետո, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Կոնջորյանին, ենթադրաբար, հաջողվել է պայմանավորվել ՀԷՑ-ի նոր կառավարչի հետ, ինչի արդյունքում նշված առաջարկի քննարկումը վիժեցվել է՝ էներգահամակարգին զրկելով մոտ 200 մլն դրամի պոտենցիալ խնայողությունից։ Այսինքն, ՀԷՑ բաժանորդները` ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, անուղղակիորեն շարունակելու են ֆինանսավորել Կոնջորյանի կնոջ աստղաբաշխական աշխատավարձը եւ փարիզյան վոյաժները:
