Աստանայում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի վարչապետներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Օլժաս Բեկտենովի հանդիպումը:

Վերջինս ողջունել է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնական այցը և նշել, որ այն կարևոր նշանակություն ունի երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման համար: Օլժաս Բեկտենովը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի և Ղազախստանի նախագահի արդյունավետ բանակցություններից հետո իր գլխավորած Կառավարությունը կներդնի բոլոր ջանքերը, որպեսզի ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները հաջողությամբ կյանքի կոչվեն: Օլժաս Բեկտենովը շնորհավորել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Ղազախստանի ամենաբարձր պարգևին արժանանալու համար և հավելել, որ դա ընդգծում է Հայաստանի՝ Ղազախստանի համար հուսալի գործընկեր լինելու փաստը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել շնորհավորանքի համար և նշել, որ իր համար մեծ պատիվ է արժանանալ Ղազախստանի բարձրագույն պարգևին: Վարչապետը շեշտել է անձամբ Օլժաս Բեկտենովի հետ հաստատված ամուր գործընկերությունը և շնորհակալություն հայտնել երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական կապերի խորացմանը նպաստելու համար: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի միջև առկա է առևտրատնտեսական փոխգործակցության մեծ ներուժ և հույս հայտնել, որ տրանսպորտային նոր հնարավորությունները նոր ազդակ կհաղորդեն դրա արդյունավետ իրացմանը:
