Ինչո՞ւ են «իրար խառնվել» իշխանությունները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան, պատասխանելով լրագրող, քաղաքական մեկնաբան Հայկ Խալաթյանի հարցին, ասել էր, որ իրենք ուշադիր հետևում են «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի և Սամվել Կարապետյանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին:

«Արտասահմանում ռուսական բիզնեսի շահերի պաշտպանությունը, ինչպես գիտեք, առաջնահերթություն է, բացարձակ առաջնահերթություն»,-ասել էր Զախարովան ու մանրամասներ ներկայացրել ներդրումային որոշ մանրամասներ: Ի մասնավորի, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը հիշեցրել էր, որ 2017-2023 թվականներին, ներառյալ ենթակառուցվածքների արդիականացումը, ընկերությունը ծախսել է 680 միլիոն դոլար, իսկ 2024-2034 թվականների համար նախատեսված էին 795 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումներ։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս անդրադարձը բավականին անհանգստություն է պատճառել իշխանություններին: Նախ, ինչպես փոխանցում են մեր աղբյուրները, նրանք վստահություն ունեն, որ նշյալ հարցը նախապատրաստված է եղել, քանի որ Զախարովայի պատախանները չափազանց պատրաստված էին: Իշխանությունները կարծում են, որ նա չէր կարող ուղղակի «ոտքի վրա» տիրապետել ներդրումային այդպիսի տեղեկությունների, այսինքն՝ նախապես պատրաստի տեղեկանք է ունեցել ձեռքի տակ: Մյուս կողմից՝ Զախարովան ընդգծված հարգալից է խոսել Սամվել Կարապետյանի մասին:

Այս ամենը, մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանություններն ընկալում են որպես լրացուցիչ «մեսիջ», որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն անտարբեր չէ կատարվողի նկատմամբ, ոչ միայն «ուշադիր հետևում է» իրադարձություններին, այլև, հնարավոր է, նոր փուլ է սկսվում, որն այս պահին գոնե արտաքուստ նկատելի չէ:
