Ընտրություն՝ Հայաստանում ապրելու հնարավորության մասին. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

 Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է․

Հայաստանում նոր սոլիդ իշխանության ձևավորումը միակ ճանապարհն է հայրենիք ունենալու։ Բայց սիրողական պատկերացումներով չի հաջողվելու դա անել։ Լայն հասարակությանը, ներառյալ՝ պետական համակարգին, «քաղաքականությամբ չզբաղվողներին», սա տեղ հասցնել չի հաջողվելու։ Այո, սոցիոլոգիան ասում է, որ այս իշխանությունը վերջացած է, բայց որպեսզի դա դառնա իրականություն, պետք են լուրջ քայլեր։
 
Առաջին հերթին պետք է.
 
1.    Տեղ հասցնել լայն հասարակությանը, թե ինչի մասին են 2026-ի ընտրությունները
2.    Ճշգրիտ ձևակերպել նոր իշխանության առաքելությունը
 
Սա անելու պարագայում կարող ենք արագ փոխել հանրային մթնոլորտը, կանգնեցնել իրավական տեռորի թափանիվը, և ընտրությունն ավարտված է լինելու նախքան քվեարկության օրը։
Հայաստանում պետք է վերջապես իրար հանդիպեն ռեսուրսը, քաղաքական մտածողությունը և հավակնությունները, և դա թույլ կտա լուծել այս ամենակարևոր ու ամենապարզ խնդիրը։ Հակառակ դեպքում ստացվում է՝ կա փոփոխությունների հանրային լայն պահանջ, բայց չկա այդ լայն պահանջը ճիշտ օրակարգի վերածող համակարգ։ Պետք է էապես նվազեցնել սխալ և չհաշվարկված մտքերի տարածումը ոչ իշխանական համակարգերից, գոնե՝ առաջատարներից։
 
Առաջին հերթին պետք է հասնել այն հանգրվանին, որ ընդդիմադիր համակարգերի լիդերությունն ինքը հասկանա, թե ինչի մասին են 2026-ի ընտրությունները։ Իսկ այդ ընտրությունները երկու բանի մասին են՝ Հայաստանի ներքին կյանքի էական փոփոխության և Չպատերազմիրավիճակի գրագետ մենեջմենթի։ Այս տեսանկյունից նայելու դեպքում հստականում են թե´ հանրության հետ աշխատանքի տրամաբանությունը, և թե´ ներքին և արտաքին համագործակցության սցենարներն ու հետաքրքրությունները։ Պետք է ընդունել, որ հաջորդ իշխանությունների առաքելությունը որքան կարևոր, այնքան էլ սահմանափակ է։ Եվ սա իրականում դրական հանգամանք է։
