Այժմ արդեն փաստ է, որ Հայաստանում իրականացվում է «հեռախոսային արդարադատություն»․ Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամ

Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Այժմ արդեն փաստ է, որ Հայաստանում իրականացվում է «հեռախոսային արդարադատություն»։
 
Երեկ, երբ իմ պաշտպանյալ Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքի երկարաձգման հարցով դատական նիստը դեռ ընթանում էր, վարչապետի ընտանիքին պատկանող լրատվամիջոցը արդեն հրապարակեց կալանքը երկարաձգելու մասին «վճիռը»։
 
Այսօր դատարանը պաշտոնապես հաստատեց այդ կանխորոշված դատավճիռը՝ երկարաձգելով կալանքը ևս երկու ամսով։
 
Սա, աներկբա, ապացույց է, որ Հայաստանի դատական համակարգը լիովին զրկված է անկախությունից։ Այն վերածվել է քաղաքական ցուցումների կատարման գործիքի։ Մարդ, ով ժամանել էր իր հոր քառասունքին և արդեն հինգ ամիս անազատության մեջ է՝ առանց որևէ հիմնավոր ապացույցի, պետք է ևս երկու ամիս զրկված մնա ազատությունից։
 
Այս դաժանությունը դուրս է իրավական, բարոյական և հումանիտար բոլոր կանոններից։ Անձնական ազատությունից զրկելն օգտագործվում է որպես քաղաքական ճնշման անընդունելի լծակ։
 
Այսպիսի անձնական ահաբեկչությունը նույն օրերին զուգորդվել է նաև տնտեսական գրոհով։ ՀԾԿՀ-ի կողմից «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» լիցենզիան դադարեցնելու որոշումը ՏՆՏԵՍԱԿԱՆ ԲՌՆԱԶԱՎԹՈՒՄ է։
 
Այս ռեյդն իրականացվում է չնայած Ստոկհոլմի Արբիտրաժային Ինստիտուտի միջանկյալ որոշմանը, որն ուղղակիորեն արգելում էր լիցենզիայի չեղարկումը։ Արբիտրաժի որոշումն անտեսելը ցույց է տալիս միջազգային իրավունքի նկատմամբ ՀՀ իշխանությունների լիակատար անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը։
 
Զուգահեռ և համակարգված նման գործողությունները ընդհանրապես կապ չունեն իրավական գործընթացների հետ։
