Arca ազգային վճարային համակարգը, Բենք օֆ Ջորջիան և Ամերիաբանկը ստորագրեցին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր

Երևանում կայացած միջազգային PLUS ֆորումի շրջանակում Arca ազգային վճարային համակարգը, Բենք օֆ Ջորջիա ՋիԷսՍի-ին (Bank of Georgia JSC) և Ամերիաբանկը ստորագրեցին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր:

Հուշագրի նպատակն է սահմանել կողմերի համագործակցության շրջանակները՝ ուղղված ArcaPay և Բենք օֆ Ջորջիա ակնթարթային փոխանցումների համակարգերի փոխգործունակության ապահովմանը։ Նախաձեռնությունը հնարավորություն կտա իրականացնել Հայաստանից Վրաստան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ ակնթարթային դրամական փոխանցումներ՝ բարձրացնելով վճարային ծառայությունների հասանելիությունն ու արագությունը։

Բացի այդ, նախատեսվում է հաստատել host-to-host կապ Arca պրոցեսինգային կենտրոնի և Ջորջիան Քարդի (Georgian Card) միջև՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով ապահովել Arca վճարային համակարգի քարտերի սպասարկումը Վրաստանում։ Այս համագործակցությունը հնարավոր դարձավ իրականացնել Ամերիաբանկի՝ փոխհաշվարկային բանկի ակտիվ դերակատարության շնորհիվ, որը կապահովի կողմերի փոխհաշվարկային հոսքերի արդյունավետ և անվտանգ սպասարկումը։

Նախաձեռնությունը միտված է ապահովել երկու երկրների միջև վճարային ենթակառուցվածքների փոխգործելիությունը և ձևավորելու որակապես նոր մակարդակի համագործակցություն՝ ինչպես քարտային, այնպես էլ ոչ քարտային գործարքների ոլորտներում։
