Ո՞վ իրավունք ունի ժողովրդի անունից խոսել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե «երկրորդ և երրորդ նախագահների գլխավորած ուժերը չպետք է լինեն հաջորդ խորհրդարանում»: Դե, կարելի էր ասել՝ բան էր ասաց, ու անցնել առաջ: Բայց իրականում նման հայտարարության տակ խորքային լուրջ վտանգներ կան:

Բնական է, որ նման հայտարարությանը բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների առաջին ռեակցիան հենց թեկուզ սոցցանցերում հետևյալն էր. «Իսկ դու ո՞վ ես, որ նման բան հայտարարես կամ որոշես»: Չէ, իսկապես, էլի, ո՞վ է նման բան հայտարարում: Քվեախցիկում, ինչպես մնացյալ բոլորս, ընդամենը 1 ձայնի իրավունք ունեցող մի անձնավորություն, որը հանգամանքների ու «թավիշի» բերումով, ահա, արդեն 8 տարի ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնում է ու աղետել է Արցախն ու Հայաստանը:

Լավ, Փաշինյանը չէ, ով ուզում է լինի, երկրի նախագահը, վարչապետը ո՞վ է, ժողովո՞ւրդն է, Հայաստանի բոլոր ընտրողների հավաքական ձա՞յնն է: Երկրի ղեկավարն ընդամենը մոտ 2 միլիոն ընտրողից մեկն է: Այնպես որ, ոչ ոք, ով էլ նա լինի, չի կարող ժողովրդի, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների փոխարեն որոշել, թե ով կամ որ ուժը պետք է լինի խորհրդարանում, որը՝ չլինի: Եթե, իհարկե, այդ մեկը այլ ցանկություններ չունի, ու տվյալ հայտարարությունը ուղղակի հրահանգ չէ ընտրություններից առաջ:

Իսկ թե ով կլինի խորհրդարանում, օրը կգա, մարդիկ կընտրեն, կերևա:

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, թե ով պետք է լինի խորհրդարանում, ով չպիտի լինի, որոշակի տեսանկյունից ՀՀ Սահմանադրության հիմնարար սկզբունքների ու տարբեր օրենքների լուրջ խախտում է: Մյուս կողմից՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նման հայտարարությունները կարող են վկայել, որ նա ամենևին չի ցանկանում ազատ, արդար ընտրություններ անցկացնել, և ցանկություն ունի այնպիսի պատկեր նկարել, որ խորհրդարան անցնեն միայն նրանք, որոնք իրեն պետք են: Այ, սա արդեն ամենահետաքրքիրն է «ժողբաստիոնի» թեզերի տեսանկյունից...
