Կից հրապարակում եմ տվյալը, ըստ որի Վճռաբեկ դատարանից փաստացի ելքագրվել է 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին գրություն, որը ստացվել է 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ին: Գրության մեջ իբր թվագրված «նոյեմբերի 12» նշված է, որ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի որոշումը հրապարակվելու է նոյեմբերի 13-ին: Այսինքն փաստացի 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին ծայրահեղ հրատապություն է սկսել Վճռաբեկ դատարանում: Մինչ այս պահը Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպաններից որևէ մեկը չի ստացել Վճռաբեկ դատարանի որոշումը, սակայն Քննչական կոմիտեի 53 քննիչներից բաղկացած խմբի ղեկավարը ունեցել է ՎՃռաբեկ դատարանի որոշումը հենց նոյեմբերի 13-ին: Քննիչը ունեցել է որոշումն այնքան վաղ, որ հասցրել է դրան ծանոթանալ, մեջբերումներ կատարել և 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ի ժամը 18-27-ին մուտք անել միջնորդությունը, կից փոխանցելով նաև Վճռաբեկ դատարանի որոշումը Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան: Իրապես ինձ հետաքրքիր է Գլխավոր դատախազության դիրքորոշումն իրադարձությունների նման զարգացման, փաստաթղթերի պատշաճության և այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ:
