Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամը Հայաստանին 2 մլն դոլար դրամաշնորհ կտրամադրի։

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ նոյեմբերի 14–ի նիստում հավանություն տվեց «ՀՀ հանրային հատվածի կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունների որակի բարձրացում» նախագծի ֆինանսավորման համար Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի միջոցներից դրամաշնորհի տրամադրման մասին համաձայնագրին կից լրացուցիչ թիվ 2 համաձայնագրի նախագծին։

Հիմնադրամի միջոցներից դրամաշնորհի տրամադրման մասին այս համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 2024 թ. փետրվարի 6–ին և ուժի մեջ մտել օգոստոսի 2–ին։

«Այս ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակն է նպաստել ՀՀ–ում պետական ֆինանսների կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը, մասնավորապես հաշվապահական հաշվառման նոր համակարգի ամբողջական ներդրմանը»,– ասված է որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ։

Հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ նոր համակարգը հնարավոր կդարձնի արժանահավատ ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունների կազմումը, որոնցով կգնահատվի ինչպես հանրային հատվածի առանձին կազմակերպությունների, այնպես էլ նախարարությունների և պետության ֆինանսական վիճակը։
