Ճապոնիան նվաճել է Հռոմում կայացած պրոֆեսիոնալ տիրամիսուի համաշխարհային գավաթը

29-ամյա Այա Օկադան Իշիկավա պրեֆեկտուրայից հաղթել է իր իտալացի մրցակիցներին և նվաճել ոսկե մեդալ Հռոմում կայացած պրոֆեսիոնալ տիրամիսուի համաշխարհային գավաթում (Professional Tiramisu World Trophy)։

Մրցաշարը միավորել էր 10 երկրների հրուշակագործների և կենտրոնացած էր դասական իտալական աղանդերի՝ մասկարպոնեով և սուրճով տիրամիսուի վրա։ Այայի դաշնամուրի տեսքով տիրամիսուն, որը զարդարված էր մարաշինո բալերով և ամարենայով, գրավեց ժյուրիի ուշադրությունը: Նա կատարյալ համադրեց դասական և նորարարական տարբերակները, ինչպես պահանջվում էր մրցույթի կանոններով։

Իտալիայի Կապո դ'Օռլանդո քաղաքից Միլեն Ռուսոն արծաթե մեդալ նվաճել է իր «Amor Misù» աղանդերով, որը բուլղարական վարդի, սուրճի, ազնվամորու և վարդագույն պղպեղի, ինչպես նաև խնկունիով և կիտրոնով սավոյարդիի համեր էր համատեղում: Մարոկկացի Սիմոն Լուտիդը երրորդ տեղը գրավել է իր «Տղայի նոստալգիա» աղանդերով, որը ոգեշնչված էր աֆրիկյան համերից՝ բիսապի, վանիլի և հիբիսկուսի համերով։

Մրցաշարին մասնակցել են նաև հրուշակագործներ Ավստրալիայից, Չինաստանից, Կոլումբիայից, Ֆրանսիայից, Մեքսիկայից, Պերուից և Սենեգալից: Յուրաքանչյուրը երկու ժամ ուներ երկու բաղադրատոմս պատրաստելու համար՝ մեկը ավանդական և մեկը օրիգինալ, բոլորը՝ օգտագործելով թարմ մասկարպոնե և սուրճ:

Հաղթողը որոշվել է երկու մասնակիցների միջին միավորով։ Մրցաշարի կազմակերպիչ՝ Հրուշակեղենի արվեստի, պաղպաղակի և շոկոլադի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի (FIPGC) նախագահ Մատեո Կուտոլոյի խոսքով՝ մրցույթը արտացոլում է ժամանակակից հրուշակեղենի մշակույթի ոգին՝ ավանդույթների նկատմամբ հարգանք, աշխարհի նկատմամբ բացություն և ինքնությունը կորցնելու առանց նորարարություններ մտցնելու ցանկություն։
