Փաշինյանը հետ չի կանգնում ՀԷՑ-ը խլելու մտքից

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը, ի հեճուկս միջազգային արբիտրաժային դատարանի որոշման, կոշտ նախազգուշացումների, մասնագետների բարձրացրած աղմուկի, թե Հայաստանին նոր խնդիրներ են սպասվում, բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրում է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» սեփականատիրոջից խլելու համար։ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը նոյեմբերի 13-ին կքննարկի «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության էլեկտրական էներգիայի (հզորության) բաշխման №0092 լիցենզիան դադարեցնելու մասին հարցը։

Հարցի քննարկումը տեղի կունենա հանձնաժողովի նիստում, որի օրակարգում մեկ հարց է։ Որոշման նախագիծը հանձնաժողովն արդեն իսկ հրապարակել է իր կայքում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ժամանակավոր կառավարչի լիազորությունները կասեցնելու մասին միջնորդությանը, ապա հանձնաժողովը նշել է, որ օրենքով նման իրավասություն իրեն վերապահված չլինելու պայմաններում այն բավարարվել չի կարող։ Որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահից երկու ամսվա ընթացքում այն կարող է բողոքարկվել հանձնաժողով կամ որոշումը ստանալու պահից 15-օրյա ժամկետում՝ ՀՀ վարչական դատարան, սակայն դրա բողոքարկումը չի կասեցնում որոշման գործողությունը կամ կատարումը։

Ազգային ժողովը հուլիսի 3-ին՝ 65 կողմ, 27 դեմ, 0 ձեռնպահ ձայներով, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման նախագիծը։ Ավելի վաղ՝ հունիսի 18-ին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գործարար, ՀԷՑ-ի սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորումից ժամեր առաջ հայտարարել էր, թե հասունացել է պահը, երբ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ն պետք է ազգայնացվի (պետականացվի)։ Փաշինյանը նաև սպառնաց ազատել ՀԷՑ-ի՝ պետության հետ չհամագործակցող աշխատակիցներին։

Նշենք, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը ընկերությունը ձեռք է բերել 2016 թվականին՝ նախկին կառավարության խնդրանքով, և հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարներ է ներդրել արդիականացման համար։ Կարապետյանների ընտանիքը 500 մլն դոլարի հայց է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի դեմ։ Ըստ ամենայնի՝ այդ հայցը կընդունվի, ՀՀ քաղաքացու ուսերին էլ նոր բեռ կավելանա, իսկ Փաշինյանը կհագեցնի իր ընդդիմախոսներին հերթական անգամ վնասելու մոլուցքը։ Բայց ի՞նչ գնով...
