Խաղաղության պատրանքի վտանգավոր գինը

Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները փորձում են համոզել հասարակությանը, թե վաշինգտոնյան հուշագրի ստորագրումը խաղաղության ճանապարհի կարևորագույն քայլն է։ Սակայն փաստերն ու Ադրբեջանի պահվածքը ցույց են տալիս, որ խոսքը ոչ թե խաղաղության, այլ հերթական խաբկանքի մասին է։

Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չի հրաժարվում ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունից, այլև բաց տեքստով պահանջում է, որ Հայաստանը փոխի իր Սահմանադրությունը՝ վերացնելով դրանով ամրագրված Արցախի մասին դրույթները։ Սա ոչ թե բանակցային պահանջ է, այլ ուղիղ միջամտություն Հայաստանի ներքին իրավական համակարգին, պետական ինքնիշխանությանը և ազգային արժանապատվությանը։ Ավելին, Բաքուն շարունակում է խոսել հայկական բանակի կրճատման, սահմանային վերահսկողության թուլացման և նույնիսկ՝ Հայաստանի որոշ տարածքների ադրբեջանցիներով վերաբնակեցման մասին։

Հուշագրից հետո Ադրբեջանի վարքագիծը միայն հաստատեց այս մտահոգությունները։ Երևանում կայացած Եվրանեսթի համաժողովից Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության դուրս գալը պատահական չէր․ դա քաղաքական մանևր է, որը նպատակ ունի ցույց տալ, որ Բաքուն չի ճանաչում Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և չի պատրաստվում հարգել միջազգային պարտավորությունները։

Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների շրջանում խորանում է մտահոգությունը, որ իշխանությունները պատրաստ են գնալ հերթական վտանգավոր զիջումների՝ հանուն արտաքին աջակցություն ստանալու կամ սեփական քաղաքական գոյատևումը երկարացնելու։ Հանրային կարծիքը, ազգային շահը և անվտանգության հիմնարար սկզբունքները կրկին դրվում են սեղանին՝ որպես քաղաքական խաղադրույք։

Այս իրավիճակում խաղաղության մասին իշխանական խոստումները հնչում են ոչ թե որպես իրական նպատակ, այլ որպես քարոզչական միջոց՝ թաքցնելու համար պետականության տկարացման վտանգավոր գործընթացը։ Հուշագրի հետևանքներն արդեն տեսանելի են․ Հայաստանը կանգնած է նոր պարտադրանքների և ազգային ինքնիշխանության վտանգման առաջ։ Այսպիսով, «խաղաղություն» բառի տակ կարող է թաքնված լինել մեր պետության ապագայի ամենավտանգավոր փորձությունը։
