Հինգ տարի առաջ այս օրը մեր պայքարող ժողովրդի և կռվող բանակի թիկունքում կնքվեց այն աղետալի եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը․․․ Ավետիք Չալաբյան

Հինգ տարի առաջ այս օրը մեր պայքարող ժողովրդի և կռվող բանակի թիկունքում կնքվեց այն աղետալի եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը, որն ի վերջո հանգեցրեց Արցախի բռնազավթմանը և հայաթափմանը:
 
Այդ համաձայնագրով հայկական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող, և ողջ պատերազմի ընթացքում անառիկ մնացած հսկայական տարածքները՝ Քարվաճառը, Բերձորը, Ակնան, անարյուն հանձնվում էին թշնամուն, Արցախի մնացած մասը հայտնվում էր փաստացի շրջափակման մեջ, իսկ նրա անվտանգությունը վստահվում էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, որն այդ կապակցությամբ սեփական հաշվարկներն ուներ, և երեք տարի անց փաստացի հրաժարվեց այդ պարտականությունից, դուռ բացելով 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերի ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի համար:
 
Այս համաձայնագիրը մեծագույն դիվանագիտական հաղթանակ էր մեր թշնամիների համար, որոնք հասան շատ ավելիին, քան կարող էին երազել մինչև պատերազմի սկիզբը, և մեծագույն պարտություն մեզ համար, դրա մասին թշնամական պետության պարագլուխը բազմիցս խոսել է: Մեր բանակը, որը ռազմի դաշտում շարունակում էր կռվել և մաշեցնել թշնամու ուժերը, հավատալով վերջնական հաղթանակին, մի գիշերվա մեջ թևաթափ արվեց, հազարավոր հերոսների զոհողությունը իմաստազրկվեց, տասնամյակներով ստեղծված պաշտպանական ողջ համակարգը գրչի մի հարվածով փուլ եկավ:
 
Այս համաձայնագրով նաև պատերազմը չդադարեց, այլ ստացավ մեր համար ծայրահեղ անբարենպաստ բնույթ, երբ թշնամին արդեն բացարձակ ազատություն ուներ միակողմանիորեն իր ուզած պահին, իր ուզած վայրում, և իր ուզած պատճառավանությամբ խախտել այս համաձայնագրի կետերը, մինչև նրանից էլ բան չմնաց, իսկ պատերազմն էլ Արցախից տեղափոխվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք:
 
Այսպիսի համաձայնագիրը հնարավոր էր միայն այն դեպքում, երբ հայկական կողմը ներկայացնող իշխանությունը կամ ծայրահեղ ապաշնորհ էր, կամ դավաճան: Անցած տարիները ցույց տվեցին, որ թերևս երկուսն էլ միասին, այս վարչախումբը գիտակցաբար, սառնասրտորեն զոհաբերեց Արցախը, քանի որ համարում էր, որ նրա պահպանումը իրեն պահում է Ռուսաստանից չափազանց մեծ կախվածությունից: Սակայն անմտորեն զոհաբերելով Արցախը, այն հայտնվեց շատ ավել վատ կախվածության մեջ թուրք-ադրբեջանական թշնամական տանդեմից, որն այսօր այլևս չի թաքցնում, որ միայն Արցախով բավարարվելու ցանկություն չունի, և իր թիրախն այժմ ողջ Հայաստանն է:
 
Այսօր, այս աղետալի համաձայնագրի կնքումից հինգ տարի անց, մեր երկիրը կանգնած է ճակատագրական ճամփաբաժանի առաջ՝ կամ մենք, խելքի չգալով, շարունակում ենք նույն ոճով մաս-մաս մեր երկիրը հանձնել թշնամուն, կամ մենք հաղթահարում ենք մեր վախերը, ժողովում ենք մեր ուժերը, և հետ ենք շրջում այս աղետալի ընթացքը: Մեր հազարավոր հերոսներն իրենց կյանքը տվեցին նրա համար, որպեսզի մենք այսօր ապրենք ազատ և արժանապատիվ, և իրենց հիշատակի առաջ մենք պարտք ունենք՝ վերգտնել մեզ որպես միասնական և պայքարող ազգ, դուրս գալ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ով մեզ պարտադրված աղետալի տրամաբանությունից, և նոր էջ բացել մեր երկրի պատմության մեջ:
