Հավատքի ճնշման վտանգավոր սահմանը

Արևմտյան մամուլը վերջապես արձագանքեց այն, ինչի մասին Հայաստանում վաղուց էին խոսում․ Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցին դարձել է քաղաքական ճնշման թիրախ։ Բրիտանական Daily Express պարբերականը գրում է, որ աշխարհի ամենահին քրիստոնեական երկրում՝ Հայաստանում, կրոնական ազատությունը գտնվում է լուրջ վտանգի տակ։ Նշվում է, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձել է հեռացնել Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ին, բանտարկել մի շարք հոգևորականների և սահմանափակել եկեղեցու դերը հասարակական կյանքում։

Բրիտանական խորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչ լորդ Ջեքսոնը հատուկ ընդգծել է․ «Խորապես անհանգստացնող է, որ աշխարհի ամենահին քրիստոնեական երկրում հավատացյալներին բանտարկում են իրենց հավատքը պաշտպանելու համար։ Քրիստոնյաները պետք է ազատ լինեն իրենց հավատքը ապրելու մեջ՝ առանց ձերբակալության կամ սպառնալիքի»։

Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցին շարունակում է մնալ հայ ժողովրդի միավորող ուժը․ Հայաստանի բնակչության շուրջ 97 տոկոսը իրեն նույնացնում է եկեղեցու հետ։ Սա վկայում է, որ ժողովրդի հոգևոր ինքնությունը չի կարող փոխվել ոչ քարոզչությամբ, ոչ էլ քաղաքական ճնշմամբ։

Սակայն այս գործընթացը սահմանափակված չէ միայն հոգևորականների դեմ ուղղված քայլերով։ Հոգևոր արժեքներին աջակցող և եկեղեցուն սատարող մարդկանց նկատմամբ ևս իրականացվում են բացահայտ ճնշումներ։ Այդ համատեքստում առանձնահատուկ խորհրդանշական է բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեպքը։ Տարիներ շարունակ նա եղել է Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու, ազգային կրթական և մշակութային ծրագրերի գլխավոր հովանավորներից մեկը։ Նրա աջակցությամբ կառուցվել ու վերանորոգվել են տասնյակ եկեղեցիներ, դպրոցներ և մշակութային կենտրոններ։

Այսօր Սամվել Կարապետյանը արդեն մի քանի ամիս է՝ անազատության մեջ է։ Արևմտյան զեկույցներում նրա կալանավորումը ներկայացվում է ոչ թե որպես սովորական քրեական գործ, այլ որպես քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի դրսևորում՝ ուղղված եկեղեցուն և ազգային արժեքներին աջակցող խավի դեմ։ Սա այն եզակի դեպքերից է, երբ բարերարությունը՝ հոգևոր ժառանգության պահպանման նպատակով, ներկայացվում է որպես «մեղք» իշխանության աչքում։

Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանության նպատակն է թուլացնել այն բոլոր կենտրոնները, որոնք ձևավորում են հասարակական ինքնուրույն մտածողություն և ազգային համախմբում։ Հետևաբար, ճնշումները գործադրվում են ոչ միայն հոգևորականների, այլև գործարարների, համայնքային ղեկավարների և հասարակական գործիչների նկատմամբ, որոնք մնում են եկեղեցու կողքին։

Հայաստանում այսօր տեղի ունեցողը սովորական վեճ չէ եկեղեցու և պետության միջև։ Սա խորքային պայքար է՝ հավատքի և գաղափարական դատարկության միջև։ Երբ պետությունը պատերազմ է հայտարարում իր ժողովրդի հոգևոր հիմքերին ու նրա պաշտպաններին, այն կորցնում է իր բարոյական լեգիտիմությունը։

Եկեղեցու դեմ պայքարը, ի վերջո, ժողովրդի դեմ պայքար է։ Իսկ երբ իշխանությունը հարվածում է այն մարդկանց, ովքեր իրենց գործով և հավատքով կառուցում են պետությունը՝ ինչպես Սամվել Կարապետյանը, դա նշանակում է, որ պատերազմ է հայտարարված ոչ թե անհատներին, այլ՝ ազգային ինքնությանը։
