Ինչպես է Փաշինյանը խաղում Ալիևի «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» սցենարով

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հերթական անգամ ցույց է տվել իր «խաղաղասիրական» տրամադրվածությունը՝ այս անգամ հայտարարելով, թե Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր տեղանուններն ադրբեջանական ծագում ունեն, իսկ Սևանա լիճը պետք է կոչվի Գյոյչա։ Այդ հայտարարությունը, որն ուղեկցվեց ադրբեջանական մեդիայի կազմակերպված քարոզչությամբ, ըստ քաղաքական գործիչ Անի Սամսոնյանի, ոչ թե պատահական է, այլ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ Ալիևի՝ երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարության բաղադրիչ։

«Ակնհայտ է, որ կարճաժամկետ խաղաղության խոստումով Ալիևը նախապատրաստում է Հայաստանի երկարաժամկետ զավթումը։ Այդ ծրագիրը կոչվում է “Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան”։ Հայկական տեղանունները ադրբեջաներեն արտասանելն այդ ռազմավարության մարտավարական կողմն է, որի նպատակն է ամրապնդել այն նարատիվը, թե Հայաստանը պատմական Ադրբեջանն է», — նշեց Սամսոնյանը «Փաստ»-ի հետ զրույցում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս ուղղությամբ հարևան երկիրն իրականացնում է համակարգված դիվանագիտական աշխատանք։ Վերջերս արտահոսած փաստաթղթերը փաստում են, որ Ալիևի աշխատակազմը ոչ միայն համակարգել, այլև ֆինանսավորել է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» արշավը։ Դրան ներգրավված են եղել հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, քաղաքագետներ, գիտական կենտրոններ և մեդիա կառույցներ, իսկ թեմայի շուրջ կազմակերպվել են միջազգային գիտաժողովներ։

Սամսոնյանն ընդգծում է՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ոչ միայն չեն հակազդում այս քարոզչությանը, այլև նպաստում են նրան։ «Այդ “փորձագետներին” մեր իշխանությունները հրավիրում են Հայաստան՝ ներկայացնելով որպես անկախ ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ, նրանց տալիս են հարթակ հարցազրույցների համար, իսկ վարչապետը նրանց հետ հանդիպում է պետական մակարդակով։ Այս կերպ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արդարացնում է Ալիևին՝ մեր տարածքների նկատմամբ նկրտումներ ունենալու համար։ Բավական չէր, որ կասկածի տակ դրեցին Արցախի հայկականությունը, հիմա էլ Սևանի անունը չեն կարողանում հիշել», — նշեց նա։

Քաղաքական գործչի գնահատմամբ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր ղեկավարած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը փաստացի ներգրավված են «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» ծրագրի իրագործման գործընթացում։ «Հաշվի առնելով այն, թե ինչ վստահությամբ է Ալիևը խոսում 300 հազար ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի մասին, կարելի է ասել, որ դա Փաշինյանի հետընտրական խոստումներից մեկն է՝ ուղղված սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելուն», — հավելեց Սամսոնյանը։

Վաշինգտոնյան խաղաղության համաձայնագրին անդրադառնալով՝ նա այն բնութագրեց որպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախընտրական գործիք, որն իրականում ոչ մի կապ չունի խաղաղության հետ։ «Վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագիրը միֆ է։ Կա պայմանավորվածություն Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի միջև, որ մինչև ընտրությունները սահմանին կրակոց չի լինի, որպեսզի ժողովուրդն ապրի խաղաղության պատրանքով։ Այդ պատրանքի հաշվին Փաշինյանը կփորձի ստանալ ձայներ՝ ասելով՝ եթե ինձ չընտրեք, պատերազմ կլինի։ Սակայն ժողովուրդը դեռ չի գիտակցում, թե ինչ գին ունի այդ շանտաժով պարտադրված “խաղաղությունը”։ 2026-ից հետո հայ ժողովուրդը կտեսնի, թե հանուն իշխանությունը պահելու Փաշինյանն ինչ է խոստացել Ալիևին և ինչ գին ենք մենք վճարելու խաբուսիկ խաղաղության համար։ Այդ ժամանակ ընտրությունը լինելու է պարզ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյա՞ն, թե՞ Հայաստանի հայկական Հանրապետություն», — եզրափակեց Անի Սամսոնյանը։
