Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան կաջակցի ֆերոմոլիբդեն արտադրողներին

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանը հանդիպել է ֆերոմոլիբդենի արդյունաբերությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ֆերոմոլիբդենի՝ ԵՄ երկրներ առաքելու համար պահանջվող ներմուծման հարկի առաջացրած խնդիրները․ Եվրամիությունը 2,7 տոկոս հարկ է սահմանել իր տարածք ներմուծվող ֆերոմոլիբդենի համար։

 

«Քանի որ ֆերոմոլիբդենի մեծ մասը գնում է Եվրոպա, պահանջվող հարկի պատճառով արդյունաբերողները չեն կարողանում մրցունակ գնով վաճառել այն ԵՄ-ին։ Դրանով պայմանավորված՝ ոչ մրցունակ գին է առաջարկվում նաև ԶՊՄԿ-ին, որն, իր հերթին, ստիպված նվազեցնում կամ դադարեցնում է մոլիբդենի վաճառքը ֆերոմոլիբդեն արտադրողներին»,- ասաց Վարդան Ջհանայանը՝ նշելով, որ, եթե չլիներ այդ հարկը, իրենց կառաջարկվեր մրցունակ արժեք, և կոմբինատը կարող էր վաճառել շատ ավելի մեծ ծավալի խտանյութ, որի պահանջարկը չափազանց մեծ է աշխարհում։

 

Ֆերոմոլիբդենային ընկերությունների անդամները ներկայացրին, որ Եվրամիությունը տարիներ շարունակ արտոնյալ կարգավիճակ է տվել Հայաստանին՝ չպահանջելով ներմուծման հարկ։ Մեկ-երկու տարի է, սակայն, որ ԵՄ-ն սկսել է պարտադրել այդ հարկը, որը զգալի ազդում է գնագոյացման վրա և ոչ մրցունակ դարձնում գնառաջարկը՝ թանկացնելով գները։

Վարդան Ջհանյանն ասաց, որ խնդիրը բարձրաձայնել է նաև Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև կնքված համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի՝ CEPA-ի, շրջանակում կայացած հանդիպմանը։ Խոստացել են անդրադառնալ խնդրին, երբ ՀՀ-ն դիմի, քանի որ տնտեսական գործակցության պայմանագիրը պետական մակարդակով է կնքված։

 

«Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան գործակցության հուշագիր ունի կնքած էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության հետ Mining Armenia Forum-ի ընթացքում։ Այդ շրջանակում մենք կարող ենք համապատասխան նամակ ուղարկել նախարարություն՝ խնդրելով ներկայացնել այն Եվրամիությանը և առաջարկել լուծման ուղիներ»,- ասաց Ջհանյանը։

 

Կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները որոշեցին ասոցիացիայի հետ համատեղ աշխատելով պատրաստել գրություն, ուր մանրամասն կներկայացվեն ԵՄ ներմուծման հարկի առաջացրած խնդրահարույց հետևանքները։
