Հեռանում եմ ավագանուց, բայց չեմ հեռանում Մասիսից. Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի ուղերձը «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից

Մասիս խոշորացված համայնքի սիրելի բնակիչներ,

հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Դիմում եմ ձեզ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի բանտախցից, որտեղ գտնվում եմ անթաքույց քաղաքական հետապնդման հետևանքով։ Առիթից օգտվելով՝ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ձեր սատարման, ձեր ջերմության, ձեր հավատի և ուշադրության համար, որ դրսևորել եք իմ նկատմամբ։

Տարիներ շարունակ ես և իմ քաղաքական թիմը, վայելելով մասիսցիների և Մասիս խոշորացված համայնքի բնակիչների վստահությունը, ջանքեր ենք գործադրել մեր համայնքի պատմության նոր էջ բացելու համար և ապացուցել ենք աշխատանքով մեր հարգանքն ու նվիրվածությունը դեպի ձեզ և առ մեր փոքր հայրենիքը։

Մեր երկրում մոլեգնող քաղաքական բռնաճնշումները չեն շրջանցել ոչ միայն ինձ, այլև տասնյակ և հարյուրավոր մեր այլ հայրենակիցների։

Սակայն գործող ռեժիմի բիրտ ճնշումները և աղաղակող ապօրինություններն ի վիճակի չեն կոտրել մեզ և զրոյացնել ավելի լավ, ավելի ուժեղ և ավելի արժանապատիվ հայրենիք ունենալու մեր ցանկությունն ու երազանքը։

Գործող վարչախումբը, օգտագործելով պետական համակարգի ռեպրեսիվ գործիքները, չի մարսել մեր պատվախնդրությունը և հայրենասիրությունը՝ միաժամանակ ջանքեր գործադրելով՝ զավթել երկրում ամեն ինչ։

Ես, որպես Մասիս խոշորացված համայնքի գործող ղեկավար, քաջ գիտակցելով ձեր հանդեպ իմ ստանձնած պատասխանատվությունը, ընդգծելով իմ նվիրվածությունը ձեզ, Մասիսին և իմ թիմին, հավատարիմ մնալով նախընտրական ժամանակահատվածում իմ տված խոստումներին, զերծ պահելու համար համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը իշխանությունների կեղծ իրավական և վարչական խարդավանքներից, այսօր դիմել եմ դադարեցնելու ավագանու անդամի իմ լիազորությունները։

Սակայն շարունակելու եմ իմ հոգածության և, ուժերիս ներածին չափով, ջանքերի կենտրոնում պահել ձեր հոգսերը և իմ համայնքի ապագան։

Այն քաղաքական թիմը, ում ձեր քվեով դուք կրկին վստահեցիք համայնքի ղեկավարումը, շարունակելու է գործել մեր տված նախընտրական խոստումների շրջանակներում՝ իրականացնելով ձեր կյանքը բարելավելուն ուղղված բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր։

Ես ուժեղ եմ ձեզանով, իմ հարազատ Մասիսով, և չեմ կարող թույլ տալ, որ իմ բանտարկության առիթով դուք թուլանաք, որ գործող ռեժիմն այդ պատրվակով զավթի իշխանությունը մեր համայնքում։

Ես հեռանում եմ ավագանուց, բայց չեմ հեռանում Մասիսից։ Խնդրում եմ համայնքային իշխանությունների հետ միասին շարունակել արարել, աշխատել, ապրել և արժանապատիվ հայ մնալ՝ հանուն մեր համայնքի և մեր երկրի ապագայի։
