Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի պատրանքը և իրականությունը

Հոկտեմբերի 29-ին, երբ Ազգային ժողովում ընթանում էր Եվրանեսթի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի պլենար նիստը, ԱԺ-ի դիմաց հավաքվել էին Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության երիտասարդական թևի ներկայացուցիչներն ու բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ՝ բողոքի ակցիա անցկացնելու նպատակով։ Ակցիան նվիրված էր Հայաստանում քաղաքական բանտարկյալների և Բաքվում պատանդառված մեր հայրենակիցների խնդիրներին։ Այն միավորեց նաև ընդդիմադիր դաշտի մի շարք պատգամավորների, որոնք իրենց ներկայությամբ փորձեցին ցույց տալ՝ Հայաստանում դեռ կա պայքար խոսքի ազատության և մարդու արժանապատվության համար։

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ակցիան որակեց ոչ թե որպես արարողություն, այլ որպես անհրաժեշտություն։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը լեգիտիմ և իրավական բողոքի ձև են ընտրել՝ դիմելով միջազգային կառույցներին, որոնք իրենց հերթին հենց մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ են զբաղվում։ «Եվրանեսթը բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններ է ընդունել Ադրբեջանի բանտերում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների և Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության վերաբերյալ։ Այս պարագայում շատ բնական է, որ Հայաստանի ընդդիմությունը ցանկանում էր, որ այդ պատգամավորները տեսնեին իրական պատկերը մեր երկրում»,- նշել է Զոհրաբյանը։

Մեր դիտարկմանը, թե արդյոք նման բողոքի ակցիաները չեն նպաստում Փաշինյանի կողմից ստեղծվող կեղծ ժողովրդավարական ֆոնի ամրապնդմանը, Զոհրաբյանը պատասխանեց․ «Համաձայն չեմ, որ ժողովրդավարության պատրանք է ստեղծվում։ Ի՞նչ պետք է անեին ընդդիմադիր գործիչները՝ չգնա՞լ, չխոսեի՞ն, թույլ տա՞ն, որ Եվրանեսթի պատգամավորների մոտ տպավորություն ձևավորվի, թե Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ նորմալ է։ Ամբողջ աշխարհում ընդունված ձև է, որ միջազգային պատվիրակությունների այցերի ժամանակ նման ակցիաներ անցկացվեն։ Սա կարևոր մեխանիզմ է՝ ցույց տալու, թե իրականում ինչ է կատարվում երկրում»։

Զոհրաբյանը նաև հիշեցրեց՝ Եվրանեսթի նիստի ժամանակ իսպանացի պատգամավորներից մեկը հրապարակային նշել է, որ անընդունելի է մարդու նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրել՝ ընդամենը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման համար։ «Երբ մարդուն 20-40 հոգով հատակին են տապալում ու տանում, դա ոչ թե ժողովրդավարության, այլ բռնապետության նշան է։ Այդ մասին պետք է բարձրաձայնել հենց այն պահին, երբ Եվրոպան այստեղ է՝ լսելու և ժողովրդավարություն գնահատելու»։

Զոհրաբյանի խոսքով՝ նման ակցիաները ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտ են, այլև պետք է դառնան պարբերական երևույթ՝ բոլոր եվրոպական դեսպանատների և կառույցների դիմաց։ «Հակառակ դեպքում նրանք կշարունակեն հավատալ Փաշինյանի հորինած ժողովրդավարական հեքիաթին»,- ընդգծեց նա։

Այսպիսով, Եվրանեսթի նիստի ֆոնին հնչած բողոքի ձայները մեկ անգամ ևս ցույց տվեցին՝ Հայաստանի ներսում ժողովրդավարությունը չի կառուցվում զեկույցներով և հայտարարություններով, այն պետք է ապացուցվի ազատ խոսքով, արդար դատարաններով և ոչ քաղաքականացված իրավապահ համակարգով։ Իսկ մինչ այդ Եվրոպայի համար մնում է հարցը՝ նա տեսնո՞ւմ է Հայաստանի իրական պատկերը, թե շարունակում է հավատալ իշխանական բեմադրություններին։
