«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի մի քանի առանցքային սկզբունքների մասին․ Գագիկ Ծառուկյան

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի գաղափարը լայն աջակցություն է գտնում հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի և մասնագիտական շրջանակների մոտ։ Այս հանգամանքն ինձ համար առաջին հերթին պատասխանատվություն է։

Այսօր ուզում եմ խոսել «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի մի քանի առանցքային սկզբունքների մասին.

1. Չի կարելի խուսափել որևէ խնդրի քննարկումից։ Բոլոր, նույնիսկ ամենաբարդ խնդիրները պետք է բարձրաձայնել, լսել մարդկանց։ Բոլոր խնդիրներն ունեն լուծում. դժվար, թե հեշտ, արագ, թե ժամանակատար՝ այլ հարց է, բայց լուծումներ հաստատ ունեն։ Չի´ կարելի մեր քաղաքացիներին իրենց խնդիրների հետ միայնակ թողնել։ Հենց սա նկատի ունեմ ես, երբ ասում եմ, որ «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին»-ը մի ծրագիր է, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի տեսնելու է իր, իր ընտանիքի և իր պետության ամենասուր և արդիական խնդիրների ձևակերպումը և լուծման տարբերակները։

2. Ես ստեղծում եմ պայմաններ, որպեսզի այս ծրագիրը կայանա, բայց նրա իրական հեղինակները մեր քաղաքացիներն են՝ մեր ուսուցիչը, մեր բժիշկը, մեր դասախոսը, մեր երաժիշտը, մեր ֆերմերը, մեր տաքսիստը, մեր շինարարը, մեր գյուղացին, մեր գործարարը և մյուսները, որոնք բոլորից լավ գիտեն սեփական խնդիրները և հուշում են լուծման ճիշտ տարբերակներ։ Այս ծրագրի հեղինակները ոլորտային լավագույն մասնագետներն են ու սրտացավ մարդիկ։ Ու սա, վստահաբար ասում եմ, վերկուսակցական ծրագիր է՝ ուղղված մեր ընդհանուր բարօրությանը։

3. Մեր ժողովրդին խաբել հնարավոր չէ։ Մարդիկ այնքան բան են տեսել, զգացել, հասկացել, որ չեն հավատում կեղծ խոստումներին։ Եթե բան ես խոստանում, ուրեմն դրա լուծման տարբերակները պիտի իմանաս, հնարավորությունները նախապես հաշվարկած լինես։ Չի կարելի մարդկանց կերակրել սիրուն, բայց կեղծ խոստումներով։ Իրականում, եթե լավ մտածենք, խաբելու ի՞նչ կարիք կա, եթե մարդկանց հուզող-մտահոգող բոլոր հարցերն ունեն իրական լուծումներ։

Դրանք կարող են հեշտ լուծումներ չլինել, սակայն հենց նման դեպքերի համար մենք ունենք լավ մասնագետներ, ունակ, գիտելիք ու փորձ ունեցող մարդիկ, նոր, կրթված երիտասարդ կադրեր։ Եվ հենց դժվար լուծումների համար է պետք մարդկանց իրական վստահությունը։ Պետք է ազնիվ ու բաց ճակատով խոսել մարդկանց հետ, քննարկել բոլոր բարդ հարցերը, լսել նրանց առաջարկները։ Այո´, այս ծրագիրը կազմվելու է քաղաքացիների ուղիղ մասնակցությամբ և Հայաստանի ու սփյուռքի լավագույն մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ։ Եվ այդ գործը մենք արդեն սկսել ենք։
