Հարկային բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին դատում են պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման և խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալու համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Կենտրոն և Նորք–Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում լսվեց հարկայինի երկու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների քրեական գործը: Խոսքը Մյասնիկյանի շրջանի հարկայինի նախկին պետ Գագիկ Մազմանյանի և Էջմիածնի հարկայինի նախկին պետ Արամ Հովսեփյանի մասին է:

Արդեն 1 տարի 4 ամիս է, գործարար Ռուզան Միշայի Աբրահամյանը գտնվում է Աբովյանի «կանանց գաղութում»: Վերոնշյալ պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ քրգործը հարուցվել է հենց Ռուզան Աբրահամյանի ցուցմունքների հիման վրա: Նախնական փուլում Ա. Հովակիմյանը մեղադրվում էր Ռ. Աբրահամյանից 70000, իսկ Գ. Մազմանյանը` 200000 դոլար կաշառք ստանալու մեջ: Այնուհետև, երբ գործը դատարան մտավ, «պատկերը» փոխվեց. այս պաշտոնական անձինք մեղադրվեցին պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման և 40000–ական դոլար կաշառք ստանալու մեջ:
Այժմ արդեն պատկերը բոլորովին այլ է: Ռուզան Աբրահամյանի գործն առանձնացվել էր այս գործից, և նա ոչ մի հարցով դատարան չէր կանչվում: Իսկ ամբաստանյալներն էլ մեղադրվում էին պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման մեջ: Ռուզան Աբրահամյանը, ըստ ցուցմունքների, երկուսին էլ կաշառքը տվել էր հարկային դաշտում իր կազմակերպությունների անձեռնմխելիությունն ապահովելու համար:
Ամբաստանյալների փաստաբանները դատական նախորդ նիստի ժամանակ բողոք էին հայտնել, թե իրենց պաշտպանյալները մեղադրվում են Ռ. Աբրահամյանի ցուցմունքով, և եթե նրա գործը կարճվել է, ապա ինչպես պետք է հարցաքննվի:
Գագիկ Մազմանյանի գործով առայժմ մի փաստ է ապացուցվել: Ապացուցվել է, որ Ռուզան Աբրահամյանը մոտ չորս տարի շարունակ մուծել է Գագիկ Մազմանյանի կոմունալ ծախսերն ու հեռախոսավարձերը:
Մեր տեղեկություններով` Գագիկ Մազմանյանը ցանկանում է, որ դատավարությունը հնարավորինս շուտ ավարտվի, քանի որ բազմաթիվ կիսատ գործեր ունի` կապված իր բազում անշարժ գույքերի հետ:
Բանն այն է, որ ժամանակին (Երվանդ Զախարյանի օրոք), քաղաքապետարանի անշարժ գույքի վարչության պետ եղած ժամանակ նա հասցրել է անշարժ գույք սեփականաշնորհել:
Գնունի փողոցի տնտեսական շուկային հարակից նորակառույց էլիտար շենքերի նկուղների տերն իրականում Մելիք Գասպարյանի ընտանիքն է: Իսկ օգտագործում է Գագիկ Մազմանյանը: Դրանք առևտրականներին է տալիս վարձակալությամբ: Ըստ որոշ տվյալների` ամսական 4–5 հազար դոլար է կազմում վարձը:
Երեկ, վերջապես դատարան բերեցին Ռուզան Աբրահամյանին: Նա պնդեց իր նախորդ ցուցմունքը` ասելով, որ և՛ Գագիկ Մազմանյանին, և՛ Արամ Հոսվսեփյանին տասնյակ հազարավոր դոլար կառաշք է տվել, որպեսզի իր կազմակերպությունները` «Ժերոնա» և «Տապինո» ՍՊԸ–ները, հարկային դաշտում խնդիրներ չունենան:
Որքան էլ զարմանալի է, այս գործով անցնում է նաև ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության նախկին պետ Անդրանիկ Միրզոյանը, ով իբր «կռիշ» է եղել Ռուզան Աբրահամյանի համար, ում հետ բարեկամական կապեր ունի:
Ըստ Ռ. Աբրահամյանի հայտարարության մասին մեր ունեցած տեղեկության` Ա. Միրզոյանն էլ է մի կլորիկ գումարի արժանացել: Ի դեպ, առերեսման ժամանակ վերը թվարկված գրեթե բոլոր նախկին պաշտոնյաները հերքել են կաշառք վերցնելու փաստը:
