Փաշինյանական իշխանության համար բարոյական արգելակներ չկան

Օրերս Հայաստան էին այցելել ադրբեջանցի փորձագետներ, որոնք հանդիպումներ են ունեցել փորձագիտական շրջանակների և Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հետ։ Ադրբեջանցիները Հայաստան էին այցելել հենց ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռով՝ չարտերային թռիչքով։ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի գրասենյակը լուսանկարներ էր տարածել այդ հանդիպումից, որտեղ ադրբեջանցի փորձագետների հետ մեկ սեղանի շուրջ նստած են Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ու իշխանության տարբեր աջակից փորձագետներ։

Մամուլում բարձրացած աղմուկը վկայում է, որ Ադրբեջանը, այս անգամ էլ օգտագործելով քարոզչական առիթը, պարզապես ծաղրել է հայկական կողմին։ Բանն այն է, որ սեղանի շուրջ նստած ադրբեջանցի կանանցից մեկը շուրջ 3 տարի առաջ Լաչինի միջանցքը փակած ու արցախահայության շրջափակմանը սկիզբ դրած, այսպես կոչված, «էկոակտիվիստներից» մեկն է։ Դիլարա Էֆենդիևային նույնականացնելու համար լրագրողներից շատ ժամանակ չպահանջվեց։ 2022 թ․-ին, երբ փակվեց Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող Լաչինի միջանցքը, Էֆենդիևան առաջին շարքերում էր և հաճախ հարցազրույցներ էր տալիս։ Այդ ակցիաներից հետո Լաչինի միջանցքը այդպես էլ չբացվեց, Արցախում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ սկսվեց, և 9 ամիս շրջափակումից ջլատված ժողովուրդը 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին՝ ադրբեջանական ռազմական ագրեսիայից հետո, բռնեց գաղթի ճամփան՝ Արցախում թողնելով ամեն ինչ։

Եվ այսօր, Անվտանգության խորհրդի մակարդակով նման սրիկաներին ընդունելով, հայկական կողմը փաստացի ապացուցում է, որ կարմիր գծեր և բարոյական արգելակներ չկան։ Իհարկե, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ներկայացնել, թե Հայաստան է ուղարկել քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչների, մինչդեռ այդ երկրում վաղուց քաղհասարակություն գոյություն չունի։ Հատուկենտ ընդդիմախոսներն էլ փտում են բանտում, իսկ Հայաստան այցելած փորձագետները ոչ այլ ոք են, քան Իլհամ Ալիևի աշխատակազմի կողմից վճարվող հաստիքային գործակալներ, որոնք Հայաստան էին այցելել մեկ նպատակով՝ միջազգային ասպարեզում բարձրացնելու Բաքվի դերը։ Թե ինչու է հայկական կողմը՝ ի դեմս փաշինյանական իշխանության, նպաստում Ադրբեջանի քարոզչական նարատիվների տարածմանը, կարելի է միայն ենթադրել։
