Ակնհայտ է, որ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը կիրառվել է որպես պատժիչ ներգործություն. «Մեր ձևով» շարժում

Լուսադեմին Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ երկու ամսով ապօրինաբար կալանավորվեց «Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժման անդամ, փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը:

Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանն ապօրինաբար կալանավորվեց այն դեպքում, երբ մի շարք ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից մանրամասն տեսանկարահանվել և արձանագրվել են Ռուբենի գործողությունները, որոնք բացառապես հանդարտեցնող և կանխարգելող բնույթի էին, բացարձակապես չէին պարունակում հանցավոր տարրեր եւ բխում էին փաստաբանի մասնագիտական գործունեության տրամաբանությունից։

Ակնհայտ է, որ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը կիրառվել է ոչ թե որպես խափանման միջոց, այլ պատժիչ ներգործություն՝ պայմանավորված վերջինիս ակտիվ ընդդիմադիր կեցվածքով: Գործող իշխանությունը իր կողմից ուղորդվող իրավապահ համակարգի միջոցով կրկին անցել է իրեն բնորոշ բռնաճնշումների։

«Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժումը եկել է վերականգնելու իրավունքի գերակայությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և ջանք չի խնայելու Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների իրացումն ապահովելու համար:

Ասել ենք և կրկնում ենք` Հայաստանում իրավապահ մարմինները պետք է զբաղվեն իրենց հիմնական գործառույթներով և շատ շուտով այդպես էլ լինելու է:

«Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժումը սատար է կանգնած իր գաղափարակից ընկերոջը: Միշտ լինելու ենք Ռուբենի և իր ընտանիքի կողքին:
