Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած զանգվածային անկարգությունների մասնակից 29 անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում

Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացվում է զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելու, պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու և արդարադատության իրականացմանը կամ գործի քննությանը միջամտելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն։

Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Գյումրու համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենքում ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում քննիչների կողմից իրականացված քննչական գործողություններին խոչընդոտելու նպատակով Գյումրու համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենքի մոտ՝ այդ թվում նաև մուտքերի մոտ ու վարչական շենքում, հավաքվել են մի խումբ անձինք, ովքեր տարաբնույթ գործողությունների իրականացմամբ միջամտել են գործի քննությանն ու հասարակական անվտանգությանն սպառնացող զանգվածային անկարգություններ են կատարել:

Մասնավորապես՝ վերջիններս կոչեր են հնչեցրել արգելափակել համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենքի մուտքերը, որպեսզի հնարավոր չլինի տեղափոխել ձերբակալված ու համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենքում գտնվող անձանց, վնասել են Ոստիկանության ծառայողական փոխադրամիջոցի անվադողերը, համայնքապետարանի վարչական շենքի գույքը, այդ ընթացքում Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությանը միջամտելու նպատակով բռնություն են գործադրել վերջիններիս նկատմամբ, նրանց ուղղությամբ նետել են կրակայրիչներ և շշեր, վերջիններիս հասցեին հնչեցրել վիրավորական արտահայտություններ։

Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձերբակալվել է 37 անձ:

19 անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 327-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելը) և 486-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ արդարադատության իրականացմանը կամ գործի քննությանը միջամտելը), 10 անձի նկատմամբ՝ 486-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ արդարադատության իրականացմանը կամ գործի քննությանը միջամտելը) և 46-327-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելուն դրդելը):
