Ալիևի հայտարարությունը՝ փրկօղակ Փաշինյանի համար

Ադրբեջանը հերթական քարոզչական կիսաքայլն է անում՝ անթաքույց աջակցելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու իր թիմին։ Հիշեցնենք, երեկ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը վերացնում է իր տարածքով դեպի Հայաստան բեռների տարանցման սահմանափակումները։ Դրանից հետո Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հայտարարել է, որ առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանի տարածքով Հայաստան մուտք է գործելու ղազախական հացահատիկի առաջին խմբաքանակը։

Արդեն այսօր Թբիլիսիում՝ Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի վարչապետների հետ մասնակցելով «Մետաքսի ճանապարհ» 5-րդ համաժողովին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գովեստի խոսքեր է շռայլել Իլհամ Ալիևի հասցեին՝ նշելով, որ նա չափազանց կարևոր հայտարարություն է արել և ուզում է իր գնահատանքը արտահայտել Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այդ քայլի կապակցությամբ։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը պատրաստ է հենց այսօրվանից Հայաստանի տարածքով ապահովել բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների տարանցումը Թուրքիայից դեպի Ադրբեջան և Ադրբեջանից դեպի Թուրքիա։

Փաշինյանից բացի, էստաֆետը վերցրել են նաև ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները, որոնք խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից հայտարարում են, թե՝ «դա դիվանագիտական լուրջ ձեռքբերում է, իսկ հայաստանյան ընդդիմությունը այդ հանգամանքը չի գնահատում, մինչդեռ իշխանությունները ամենակարևոր երկու հարցերը ականջի ետև են գցում, հասկանալով, որ ի վիճակի չեն պատասխանել դրանց։ Նախ՝ ղազախական հացահատիկի մասով որևէ երաշխիք չկա, որ Ադրբեջանի տարածքով Հայաստան տեղափոխվող բեռները, հատկապես պարենային ապրանքների դեպքում, ապահովված կլինեն անհրաժեշտ անվտանգության մակարդակով։ Հաշվի առնելով այդ երկրի ղեկավարության և բնակչության թշնամական վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի հանդեպ, բոլորովին չի բացառվում, որ հացահատիկը, օրինակ, մեկ-երկու օր ուշանա, դրանից հետո էլ Հայաստանում կարող են արձանագրվել զանգվածային թունավորման դեպքեր։ Նման հնարավորությունը բացառել հնարավոր չէ»։

Մյուս դեպքը վերաբերում է այն փաստին, որ Ադրբեջանը ցանկացած պահի կարող է դադարեցնել իր տարածքով որևէ բեռների տեղափոխումը։ Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանի քայլը ընդամենը քարոզչական էֆեկտ է՝ Հայաստանի համոզելու համար, թե ճանապարհների բացումը տեղի է ունենում փոխադարձության սկզբունքով։ Փոխադարձության սկզբունքը կարող էր աշխատել, եթե Հայաստանը ունենար նույն վերահսկման և զսպման մեխանիզմները, իսկ այս պարագայում Ադրբեջանը պարզապես կարող է ցանկացած պահի փակել տարանցման ուղիները՝ Հայաստանին զրկելով որևէ բեռ տեղափոխելու հնարավորությունից։ Էլ չասած՝ բեռնատարների և նրանց վարորդների համար խնդիրներ ստեղծելու մասին հենց Ադրբեջանի տարածքում։ Ուստի անգամ այս պարագայում գործ ունենք փնթի քարոզչական հնարքների հետ, որքան էլ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» փորձի համոզել, թե իրենց արածը բավականին ձեռնտու է Հայաստանին։
