Արևմտյան «օձն» սկսում է կուլ տալ ինքն իրեն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին օրերին համացանցում տարածված մի տեսանյութ նոր լույս է սփռում միջազգային մրցակցության և Հայաստանի շուրջ ձևավորված իրավիճակի վրա։ Տեսանյութը, որը, ըստ ամենայնի, պատրաստել են USAID-ի՝ ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության ներկա կամ նախկին աշխատակիցներ, ներկայացնում է սուր քննադատություն սեփական ղեկավարության հասցեին՝ մեղադրելով ռազմավարական սխալների և Բրիտանիայի ազդեցությունը չզսպելու մեջ։

Հոլովակի հեղինակները պատմում են, որ տարիներ շարունակ հավատացել են իրենց առաքելությանը՝ աջակցել ժողովրդավարությանը, քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը և ազատ ընտրություններին տարբեր երկրներում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում։ Սակայն հիմա նրանք փաստում են՝ այդ ծրագրերը վերածվել են աշխարհաքաղաքական պայքարի դաշտի, որտեղ ԱՄՆ-ը նահանջում է, իսկ Բրիտանիան աստիճանաբար ստանձնում է գլխավոր դերակատարությունը։

Տեսանյութում նշվում է, որ հենց Լոնդոնի կողմից է մշակվել Հայաստանի համար «ճանապարհային քարտեզ», որը ենթադրում է Արցախի վերջնական կորուստ, Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների արագ «նորմալացում» և Հայաստանի օգտագործում՝ որպես ռազմական ու քաղաքական հարթակ տարածաշրջանային մրցակցության մեջ։ «Բրիտանացիներին չեն հետաքրքրում ժողովրդավարությունը կամ մարդու իրավունքները. նրանց հետաքրքրում է միայն վերահսկողությունը և ազդեցության տարածումը», — ընդգծում են հեղինակները։

Տեսանյութի ավարտին հնչում է հստակ մտահոգություն. Հայաստանը վերածվել է մեծ տերությունների հաշվարկների գործիքի։ Մինչ Վաշինգտոնում շարունակում են ներքաղաքական պայքարը, մեր երկիրը դառնում է արտաքին ազդեցությունների թատերաբեմ, որտեղ որոշումները հաճախ ընդունվում են ոչ թե Երևանում, այլ օվկիանոսի այն կողմում։

Այս ամենը նորից հիշեցնում է դառը իրականությունը. Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ աշխարհաքաղաքական փորձադաշտ, որտեղ արդեն բացահայտ խոսում են մեր ճակատագրի մասին, բայց՝ ոչ մեզ համար։
