Այս հրապարակն է որոշելու` իշխանափոխություն կլինի՞, թե` ոչ. ՔՊ-ի պարտությունը պետք է լինի անվերապահ. Նարեկ Կարապետյան

Մենք գտնվում ենք Հայաստանի «Ազատության» հրապարակում. ինչո՞ւ ենք այսօր այստեղ կազմակերպել մեր հավաքը: Ազատության հրապարակում սկիզբ են առել մեր պատմության շատ կարևոր շարժումներ: Առաջին՝ այստեղ է սկսվել Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը, երկրորդը՝ այստեղ է սկսվել Հայաստանի անկախության շարժումը և երկու շարժումները մեր հայրերը հասցրել էին դեպի հաղթանակ: Այսօր «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը սկսում է Հայաստանի վատ շրջանի ավարտի շարժումը և վերակառուցման շարժումը: Այս մասին հանրահավաքի ժամանակ ասաց «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը: 

Նա ներկայացրեց, թե ինչպես կարող են հասնել խաղաղ իշխանափոխության, ՔՊ-ին երկրորդ անգամ դարձնելով ընդդիմություն:

«Մենք պետք է բոլորս պատրաստ լինենեք և աշխատենք, գնանք դեպի ընտրություններ: Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ունի հնարավորություն արդար ընտրություններով, լավ աշխատանքով իշխանությունից հեռացնել այս խմբակին: Շատերը կասեն՝ ինչպե՞ս ենք հեռացնելու, եթե նա ունի պետական ռեսուրսներ: Ես կարող եմ ասել՝ հաղթանակը պետք է լինի այնպես, որ ստիպողաբար ընտրած մարդկանց ձայները վերջնական արդյունքի վրա տարբերություն չտան, այսինքն՝ ՔՊ-ի պարտությունը լինի անվերապահելի»,-նշեց նա: 

Կարապետյանը հորդորեց բոլոր ներկաներին խոսել շրջապատի հետ, ներկայացնել ճշմարտությունը հարևաններին, բարեկամներին:

«Եվս մեկ անգամ խոսենք, շփվենք, իրազեկենք: Դա է այն խաղաղ պայքարը, որ այստեղ գտնվող յուրաքանչյուր մարդ կարող է անել: Այս հրապարակում է իշխանափոխության ոգին նետված, այս հրապարակն է որոշելու իշխանափոխություն կլինի՞, թե՞ ոչ»,-հավելեց «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգողը:
