Վանաձորը նոր համայնքապետ կունենա

Վարչական վերաքննիչ դատարանը կարճել է Վանաձոր համայնքին վերաբերող գրեթե 4 տարի ձգված դատական գործը։ Այս ամբողջ ժամանակ Վանաձորի ավագանին իրավունք չուներ համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրել։ Համայնքը ղեկավարում էր վարչապետի նշանակած ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը։ Ըստ օրենքի՝ ավագանին 20 օրում պետք է իր կազմից համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրի։ Եթե նիստերն ու քվեարկությունը չկայանան, ավագանին կցրվի ու արտահերթ ընտրություններ կանցկացվեն։

Ողջ այդ ընթացքում «Քաղպայմանագրի» հովանավորությամբ Վանաձորում պաշտոնավարում էր տխրահռչակ և քրեական պատմությունների մեջ բազմիցս հայտնված մի կերպար՝ Ակա մականունով Արկադի Փելեշյանը։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Վանաձորում նոր ընտրություններ կլինեն։ Ավագանու կազմում գործող ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները հակված են գնալ նոր ընտրությունների, որտեղ ևս կարձանագրեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պարտությունը։

Գործող իշխանությունները, իհարկե, խիստ մտահոգ են նման զարգացմամբ, հասկանում են, որ արժանի ու հեղինակություն ունեցող թեկնածու չեն կարող հայթայթել, իսկ ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները Վանաձորում ավանդաբար ուժեղ են։ Առավել ևս, որ ընտրապայքարին կարող է միանալ նաև բարերար, գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած ուժը, իսկ Վանաձորի ընտրությունները կարող են դառնալ առաջին ստուգատես նրա համար։ Եվ եթե հաջողվի Վանաձորում էլ հասնել Փաշինյանի իշխանազրկմանը, ապա հանրապետության մասշտաբով «Քաղպայմանագրին» հաղթելը կդառնա տեխնիկայի հարց։
