Ռուսաստանը հրաժարվել է կատարել ՄԻԵԴ-ի որոշումը՝ Վրաստանին վճարել ավելի քան 250 միլիոն եվրո

Ռուսաստանը չի կատարի Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի (ՄԻԵԴ) որոշումը, որը պարտավորեցրել էր Մոսկվային Վրաստանին վճարել ավելի քան 253 միլիոն եվրո՝ կապված 2008 թվականի օգոստոսին տեղի ունեցած ռազմական հակամարտության հետ, ՌԲԿ-ի փոխանցմամբ հայտարարել է նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

Մոսկվան դուրս է եկել ՄԻԵԴ-ի իրավասությունից 2022 թվականին։ Միաժամանակ ընդունվել է օրենք, որը թույլ է տալիս Ռուսաստանին խուսափել իր որոշումների կատարումից՝ Եվրոպայի խորհրդից դուրս գալուց և Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի կողմ չլինելուց հետո։ Պեսկովի խոսքով, նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ՄԻԵԴ-ի որոշումները անվանել է քաղաքականացված և կողմնակալ, այդ պատճառով էլ Ռուսաստանը դադարեցրել է դրանց կատարումը։

Վրաստանին փոխհատուցման վճարումների վերաբերյալ իրենց որոշման մեջ ՄԻԵԴ-ի դատավորները պարզել են, որ 2009 թվականին Աբխազիայի և Հարավային Օսիայի հետ սահմանազատման գծերի սահմանումը խախտել է մոտ 29,000 մարդու իրավունքները: Սա հիմնականում վերաբերում էր այն դեպքերին, երբ անհատներին սահմանափակվել էր մուտք գործել իրենց ընտանիքներ, տներ և հողեր: Դատարանը սա համարել է անձնական և ընտանեկան կյանքի հարգման, տան անձեռնմխելիության և սեփականության պաշտպանության իրավունքի խախտում:
