Դիսնեյլենդում կառուցված մեղադրանք է, նույնիսկ տանզանիացիները կամաչեին Կարապետյանի դատական գործն ունենային.Ամստերդամ

«Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը երկու հայ միլիարդատերի հետևից է ընկել,  մեկը՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է, մյուսը՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը»,- հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց Սամվել Կարապետյանի միջազգային փաստաբան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ այսօր դատական նիստ է հրավիրվել, որը վերաբերում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ աբսուրդ մեղադրանքին։

Իրավապաշտպանի խոսքով՝ բոլորը պետք է իրենց հարց տան, թե ինչու է Սամվել Կարապետյանը Հայաստանում նստած, մարդ՝ ով բացարձակապես անմեղ է։

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ Կարապետյանը կալանավորվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ գտնվել է Հայաստանում իր հոր քառասունքին մասնակցելու համար։

«Ելնելով խոսքի համատեքստից, պարզ է, որ Կարապետյանի մտքով անգամ չէր անցել ակնարկել կառավարության տապալման մասին»,-ասաց Ամստերդամը՝ նաև նշելով, որ Փաշինյանը և իր աշխատակազմի ղեկավարն իրեն վիրավորական արտահայտություն են թույլ տալիս։

 «Նա նաև ֆեյսբուքում պարոն Կարապետյանի դեմ սպառնալից և մեղադրական գրառում ունեցավ, միայն այդ գրողն արդեն հերքում է այդ մեղադրանքը՝ ըստ  Մարդու իրավունքի եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի 18-րդ հոդվածի, միանշանակն հստակ է, որ մեղադրանքը ներկայացված է անբարեխիղճ կերպով»,-ասաց միջազգային փաստաբանը և, ներկայացնելով կալանքի քաղաքապես մոտիվացիան, հավելեց.

«Մեկ էլ հանկարծ, իրան շատ անապահով զգացող վարչապետը, հստակորեն վախեցած ներպետական հանգամանքներով, գրոհում է մի մարդու վրա, որը կրոնական ծեսի է մասնակցում իր հոր հիշատակին և բիրտ ռեժիմի կողմից նրան բանտարկում են»։

Ամստերդամը հայտնեց, որ դիմելու են ԵՄ-ին՝ պահանջով, որ Հայաստանին դատապարտեն քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ պահելու կապակցությամբ։

«ՄԻԵԿ-ի 9-րդ հոդվածն է խախտված՝ դավանանքի ազատության վերաբերալ, 10-րդ հոդվածը՝ արտահայտման իրավունքն է  և 18-րդ հոդվածը՝ քաղաքական հիմքն է դրված գործի հիմքում, նաև անհամաչափ պատժի կիրառման դրույթը»,- նշեց փաստաբանը։

Հիշեցնելով, որ այս պահին նաև Տանզանիայի ընդդիմության իրավունքներն է պաշտպանում՝ ռոբերտ Ամստերդամն ասաց. «Դիսնեյլենդում կառուցված մեղադրանք է, նույնիսկ տանզանիացիները կամաչեին Կարապետյանի դատական գործն ունենային»։
