Արսեն Ղուկասյանի ինքնազգացողությունը կրկին վատացել է․ ինչո՞վ է զբաղված ՄԻՊ-ը

Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին՝ ՊՆ-ի մոտ իրականացրած բողոքի ակցիայից օրեր անց, ձերբակալվեցին անհետ կորած զինծառայողների հարազատներից երկուսը` Ապիջան Սարգսյանն ու Արսեն Ղուկասյանը:  

Ավելի ուշ Ապիջան Սարգսյանն ազատ արձակվեց, իսկ Արսեն Ղուկասյանը կալանավորվեց մեկ ամիս ժամկետով։ Ինչպես հայտնել էր փաստաբանը՝ Ղուկասյանը ունի մի շարք հիվանդություններ, որոնք անհամատեղելի են կալանքի հետ։    

Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ օրերս Ղուկասյանին այցելել են ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչները: 

MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբան Տաթևիկ Սողոյանը հայտնեց, որ երեկ հանդիպում է ունեցել Արսեն Ղուկասյանի հետ, վերջինս տեղեկացրել է, որ նախորդ օրը կրկին ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, սակայն նա չի դիմել բժիշկներին։ 

«Ես իրեն հորդորում եմ, որ նման դեպքերում անպայման կանչի բժիշկներին, հատկապես Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրի հրդեհի հետևանքով հավանականությունը ավելի շատ է, որ իր վիճակը՝ սիրտ-անոթային խնդիրներով պայմանավորված կսրվի, ռիսկը բարձր է»,- ասաց նա։

Փաստաբանը տեղեկացրեց, որ միակ նորությունն այս պահին այն է, որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը նշանակվել է, ու հավաստիացրել են, որ դա շուտ կիրականցվի։ «Ես միջնորդել եմ, որ փորձաքննություններին ներկա գտնվեմ, դեռ ծանուցում չունեմ»,- ավելացրեց նա:

Սողոյանի խոսքով՝ իր սարքը ստուգելու համար Արսեն Ղուկասյանին հոսպիտալացնելու  անհրաժեշտություն  կա, որպեսզի ստուգեն՝ աշխատում է այն, թե՞ ոչ։

ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից էլ մեզ հայտնեցին, որ այցելել են անհետ կորածի կալանավորված ծնողին, սակայն այլ մանրամասներ չներկայացրեցին։                                                          

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արսեն Ղուկասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սեպտեմբերի 29–ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության շենքի մոտ բողոքի ակցիայի ընթացքում քաշքշուկի ժամանակ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու հոդվածներով։
