ԲԱՑ ՆԱՄԱԿ՝ Թոշակառուների արժանապատվության պաշտպանության համար!
 
Այսօր Հայաստանում հազարավոր թոշակառուներ ապրում են ոչ թե իրենց վաստակած հանգստության տարիները, այլ ամենօրյա գոյատևման պայքարը։
 
Այս վիճակը դարձել է համազգային ամոթ։
 
Թոշակի և ապրանքների գների միջև գոյություն ունի կործանարար անհամապատասխանություն։
 
Հացի գինը՝ 300 դրամ, կաթը՝ մոտ 900, դեղերը՝ տասնյակ հազարավոր դրամներ։
 
Էլեկտրաէներգիան, գազը, կոմունալները բարձրանում են անընդհատ։
 
Իսկ թոշակը՝ մնում է նույնը՝ 40–50 հազար դրամ։
 
Ինչպե՞ս կարող է մարդը ապրել այդ գումարով։
 
Ինչպե՞ս կարող է իր առողջությունը պահպանել, երբ միայն հիպերտոնիկ դեղերի արժեքը կազմում է իր եկամտի մեկ երրորդը։
 
Այս հարցերը ոչ թե տնտեսագիտական, այլ բարոյական են։
 
Մենք համոզված ենք, որ թոշակի հարցը պետական հաշվարկների թեմա չէ՝ այն ազգային արժանապատվության հարց է։
 
Թոշակը պետք է լինի ոչ թե բարեգործություն, այլ պետության պարտքը իր աշխատած քաղաքացու հանդեպ։
 
Այսօր իշխանությունները պարտավոր են ընդունել երեք պարզ ճշմարտություն․
 
1. Թոշակը չի կարող լինել ցածր կյանքի նվազագույն արժեքից։
 
2. Թոշակի բարձրացումը պետք է լինի ոչ պակաս, քան 50 տոկոս, և իրագործվի ոչ թե տարին մեկ անգամ ցուցադրական ձևով, այլ համակարգային բարեփոխմամբ։
 
3. Գների վերահսկման և դեղերի մատչելիության քաղաքականությունը պետք է դառնա սոցիալական անվտանգության գլխավոր ուղղությունը։
Մեր պետությունը չի կարող հպարտանալ, երբ իր մայրերը կանգնում են դեղատան դռան մոտ և հաշվում են՝ հաց առնե՞ն, թե դեղ։
 
Այդ տեսարանը ոչ թե վիճակագրություն է, այլ պետության հայելին։
 
Հայաքվե ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը կոչ է անում բոլոր առողջ ուժերին՝ անկախ կուսակցական պատկանելությունից, միավորվել այս պահանջի շուրջ։
 
Մենք չենք կարող լուռ դիտել, թե ինչպես արժանապատիվ մարդիկ ապրում են անարժան պայմաններում։
 
Թոշակի բարձրացումը և գների վերահսկումը մեր ժողովրդի ներքին հաշտության նախապայմանն են։
 
Եվ մենք հայտարարում ենք՝
Եթե պետությունը չի պաշտպանում իր թոշակառուին, ուրեմն այն կորցնում է իր ժողովրդավար լինելու հիմքը։
Ժամանակն է վերադարձնելու արժանապատվությունը՝
 
Արժանապատիվ թոշակ, վերահսկվող գներ, հպարտ քաղաքացի։
