Սպիտակ տան Վարդերի պարտեզում տեղադրվել է Ջորջ Վաշինգտոնի արձանը

Սպիտակ տունը այս շաբաթ Վարդերի այգում Ջորջ Վաշինգտոնի մեծ արձան է տեղադրել՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հատուկ խնդրանքով, հաղորդում է NBC News-ը՝ հղում անելով Սպիտակ տան պաշտոնյաներին։

Ազգային պարկերի ծառայությանը պատկանող բրոնզե արձանը կառավարական շաթդաունի ընթացքում Վաշինգթոնի հուշարձանից այլ վայր է տեղափոխվել։

Սպիտակ տան մամուլի խոսնակի խոսքով՝ 1992 թվականի արձանը Վիրջինիայի նահանգային Կապիտոլիումում տեղադրված սպիտակ մարմարե արձանի կրկնօրինակն է։

Բնօրինակ մարմարյա արձանը պատրաստվել է ֆրանսիացի նկարիչ Ժան-Անտուան Հուդոնի կողմից և համարվում է Վաշինգտոնի միակ արձանը, որը կերտվել է բնօրինակից։

Բրոնզե տարբերակը լայն հանրությանը հասանելի էր մինչև վերջերս, երբ Վաշինգտոնի հուշարձանն ամեն տարի այցելում էր շուրջ 250,000 մարդ: Այն տեղադրվել է 1990-ականների վերջին՝ վերակառուցման ժամանակ։ 

Արձանը պատրաստվել է բացօթյա կյանքի համար և կանգնած է վերանորոգված վարդերի այգու բակի հեռավոր ծայրում։

Ըստ դաշնային պաշտոնյայի՝ Ազգային պարկի ծառայության աշխատակիցները կհետևեն և կխնամեն արձանը։ Կա մտահոգություն, որ ցուցադրությունը կարող է գունաթափել արձանը, որն այժմ հարուստ բրոնզե երանգ ունի։

Օքսիդացումը կարող է կանաչ երանգ առաջացնել։ Մասնագետները նշում են, որ Ազատության արձանը մի ժամանակ այս գույնի է եղել, սակայն ժամանակը և շրջակա միջավայրի ազդեցությունը դրան կանաչավուն երանգ են տվել։

Հատկանշական է, որ երկրի առաջին նախագահը երբեք չի ապրել Սպիտակ տանը։ Վաշինգտոնի իրավահաջորդ Ջոն Ադամսը եղել է առաջին նախագահը, ով ապրել է Սպիտակ տանը։ Արձանի տեղադրումը հաջորդել է այլ փոփոխությունների, որոնք Թրամփը կատարել էր տարածքում, ներառյալ մի քանի դրոշակաձողերի տեղադրումը և մարգագետնի սալիկապատումը, որն, ըստ նրա, խնդիրներ էր առաջացնում բարձրակրունկներով քայլող կանանց համար (երբ թաց էր)։

Հուլիսին հայտարարվել է Արևելյան թևը պարահանդեսային դահլիճով փոխարինելու շինարարական նախագծի մասին, որը Թրամփի գնահատմամբ կարժենա մոտ 200 միլիոն դոլար։

Թրամփն անցյալ ամիս NBC News-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել էր, որ պարասրահը մի փոքր ավելի մեծ կլինի, քան նախապես պլանավորվել էր, և կտեղավորի 900 մարդու՝ հուլիսին շինարարական նախագծի վերաբերյալ Սպիտակ տան հայտարարության մեջ նախատեսված 650-ի փոխարեն։
