Բալթյան երկրները մշակել են բնակիչների տարհանման պլան՝ Ռուսաստանի հարձակման դեպքում․ Reuters

Այս շաբաթ Լիտվան անցկացրել է քաղաքացիական բնակչության տարհանման վարժանքներ, որոնց մասնակցել է մոտ 100 մարդ: Սակայն Reuters գործակալությունը տեղեկացել է, որ իշխանությունները ծրագրեր ունեն շատ ավելի մեծ թվով մարդկանց համար։

Լիտվայի հրշեջ ծառայության պետ Ռենատաս Պոժելան հայտնել է, որ ռուսական ագրեսիայի դեպքում նախատեսվում է տարհանել մոտ 400 000 մարդ, որոնք ապրում են Լիտվայի՝ Ռուսաստանի եւ Բելառուսի հետ սահմաններից 25 կիլոմետր շառավղով: Այս ծրագրի համաձայն՝ մոտ 300 000 մարդ կտեղավորվի Կաունասում, այդ թվում՝ մարզադաշտում:

Պոժելայի խոսքով՝ արդեն ընտրվել են հավաքատեղիները, կուտակվել են անհրաժեշտ պարագաների պաշարները:

Մեքենայով փախչողները կուղղորդվեն երկրորդական ճանապարհներ՝ ռազմական մեքենաների համար հիմնական տրանսպորտային ուղիներն ազատելու համար:

Էստոնիայի իշխանությունները պատրաստում են արտակարգ իրավիճակներում երկրի բնակչության 10 տոկոսին, այդ թվում՝ սահմանային Նարվա քաղաքի բնակիչների մեծ մասին, տեղափոխելու ծրագրեր: Լատվիան կանխատեսում է, որ ռուսական ագրեսիայի դեպքում իր 1.9 միլիոն բնակիչների մեկ երրորդը կփախչի իրենց տներից: Reuters-ը նշել է, որ Բալթյան երկրներից ոչ մեկը չունի իր բնակչությանը սահմաններից դուրս տարհանելու մանրամասն ծրագիր։

Բալթյան երկրները Լեհաստանի հետ կապված են Սուվալկի նեղ միջանցքով։ Սակայն առաջնահերթությունը կտրվի ոչ թե Լիտվայից դուրս եկող տրանսպորտային միջոցներին, այլ Լեհաստանից ժամանող ռազմական տեխնիկային։
